These people are the worst.. Specially the office in Woburn whoever the receptionist is.. I just called to ask a basic question and because my taxes are filed by a different accountant oh yeah we can’t answer that question you need to come down and make an appointment and pay blah blah blah for simple yes or no question she was so rude.. So if you go to H&R Block do not go to the Woburn office
