I went to literally just get gas. A man comes up after I put my credit card in and put in the limit and opens my gas tank and starts fueling. I stand there awkwardly with a dumb look on m face because this is not customary in MA and this is something you would find in like NJ. After a very awkward time and the gas tank is filled, he puts the nozzle back in and I think he was expecting a tip? I didn't understand what the heck just happened. I just kinda looked at him still stunned about what he just did and he makes a kissy face at me. I turn go in my car feeling threatened. That is when I feel someone hit the back of my head lightly. I didn't even turn around because I'm terrified. I have never felt as threatened as I just did by a man.

went with my friend (we're both girls) and the guy who filled up our tank started asking a lot of weird questions then it suddenly got very uncomfortable and he called over another worker and started saying "he's gonna grab you" and i told my friend to drive away because i was so scared, so women please be cautious if you go here.

The dude (from Africa?) worked at the pump almost attacked me simply because I tried to help myself at the pump. He verbally abused me trying to lure me into an argument, maybe to find a pretext to beat me up? I just played chicken, endured his abuse and get out asap.Be aware of the staff if you're a minority, it's not safe to show up here.

asked for $20 regular and the guy took my card and charged me $75. He was patronizing when he realized he realized he messed up and just left the gas to run and overcharged me for what i asked.

I had a great experience at King Petroleum. I had a broken headlight that I really wanted to get fixed before the most recent huge snowstorm. The first place I tried before King Petroleum told me that it was a really complicated job that would take a long time to fix (they said the headlight was put in in a ridiculous way that made it really hard to change). They wouldn't even try it. The next place I went to- an actual Honda dealer- was super unhelpful and told me to come back next week. Then I tried King Petroleum and the guy there was awesome. I think his name is Andrew, but I'm not sure. He fixed it on the spot for a more than reasonable price and also pointed out to me that I needed an oil change. He then did that right away, too. I was super grateful they fixed the headlight before the storm and also that they clearly had the expertise and honestly to be so straight up about fixing it. They have my business going forward.
