Thurs night we had to go look for prom jewelry for my oldest and my two lil ones were bored and ready to leave but at checkout the sweetest woman Lorraine was wonderful and so helpful to me and my children. She turned our kohls trip into a happy one. Thank you Lorraine your amazing 😍

The cashiers are trying to get people to come up and let them take breaks and upset because no one is listening to them when there is a lot of workers in store they are just ignoring the front end where the customers are. Not a great checkout and not great for the cashiers
