If you want your car to fail an inspection come here. I took two cars and they both inspections. To top it off the car before me also failed his inspection. These guys will also come up with some crazy excuses to try and get you to repair them at their shop.

This place failed my inspection twice.First time was valid, Front end and suspension Failed. So, I took my car to my family trusted place to address all issues. Once repairs were done I took it back to lawless in Woburn and failed again for the same reason. Again I went back to garage where repairs were done, they checked again and didn’t find any problems. So I went to a gas station down the street and passed No problem. Even I was asked what failed originally and front end steering and suspension got checked twice, considering unrelated third party at this point. Passed.Message to Lawless attempt to rip me off.Just because I didn’t get my car repaired at your shop you tried to Fk me.Now , I see you and so will everyone who comes across this review.

Contacted via Web injury - Very quick response by Patrick and was able to set up a test drive for that day in just a few minutes.Arrived at dealership greeted by Patrick and assigned to a sales specialist - Albi who was very courteous and after 5 minutes or so got us into the car we wanted to test drive,We took if for about 1/2 hour drive and even though we did not buy the car it was prep'd to where it looked new.We talked with Albi after the test and indicated we wanted to look at other vehicles and asked for follow up if anything changed with the vehicle we drove. We got follow up text messages the next day and indicated we had found a better fit for us - but enjoyed the test drive experience at Lawless Dodge in Woburn.

If you are getting a car from there which I DO NOT recommend DO NOT Purchase any warranty from dealership directly. Go shopping elsewhere I guarantee you that you will regret being stuck to that one place that made it sound convenient, it's NOT. I got charged almost 7 thousand for 50K extended warranty. Little did I know. Repairs I needed are not covered even with the premium coverage. Besides their warranty bs I got the worst deal for a used car. Manager took me for a sucker when I was desperate and that's what they prey on. What was I thinking trusting this place...

Internet department very responsive and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you there. Once there the sales people are friendly but do nothing for you. If you know the vehicle you want and have secured your own financing- this may be the place for you. If you need help with financing, want to know various options or you are shopping- go somewhere else, these sales people do not want to put in the effort.

We went online and were able to get a trade in value online. When we drove 1 and 1/2 hours to buy a vehicle, they were 2000 below what they gave us on the website. This was 8000 less than the book trade in value.Their vehicle was 1k under trade in. I offered 1500 less and they refused to move on their vehicle pointing to the book value. They only care about book value on their own vehicles and not the customers vehicles. The manager hid behind the sales rep and never came out to talk to us. The sales rep was always professional and honest. It is sad they can not honor something in writing and a manager will not engage with a knowledgeable customer. Never again.

Went to go buy a car from them, brought my dad with me. They only talked to him. Never spoke to me. I was the one buying the car, the persons who's name is on the car's paperwork. Only addressed him, not me. Sexiest people who work here.absolutely outrageous

Do not purchase anything here. Don't service here. Save yourself the hassle. Scammer sales department- this is coming from a sales rep himself. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau. Just shady business dealings here.Look at the bad reviews, they're all related to "empty promises" and "lies". Seems pretty common here. Pretty illegal if you ask me. The sales rep Armin screwed me to close a sale. Told me in writing I have a 1 year free maintenance warranty and that was never true, it was fabricated. The Sales manger, David, thought it wasn't legit. HOW DO CAN YOU EVEN SAY THAT?! I had proof. They tried to Nickle and dime and say we'll pay for your oil but not for your entire service ( diesel). Then we have an extremely rude Service Rep, Christine, who was mimicking me to a service manager.I got a good luck text from the sales rep, no help at all. Sends me a sad face. What a joke.If I don't get a call back from someone with a resolution, they'll get one from the AG office, and that's a guarantee.

So, I just went into Lawless jeep on Dec. 17th, 2022. I wanted to sit in a jeep grand Cherokee PHEV, I was ready to drop $70,000. He said that the one in the showroom was not a PHEV, but that he had one on the lot. I still wanted to check it out, so I decided to sit inside, as the interior would be similar. No reaction from the sales person. I tried asking questions - nothing. I asked if the front seat went back and he said "the car's not on " really? He didn't offer to get the keys, nothing. He didn't ask if I wanted to see the PHEV version, nothing. Honestly, I felt like I was bothering him. He proceeded to be on his phone/tablet and didn't even get up from his seat. The sales rep was so unhelpful and rude. Perhaps it was the way I was dressed, I don't know, Maybe he thought I couldn't afford it. I don't know. I am not sure what happened to the service here. It wasn't like that several years ago. Back then, the guys at Lawless were fantastic. Today, the service was awful. Today, I was treated like I wasn't worthy to be in that dealership, I think I'll have to go to another jeep dealer , or maybe I'll just not buy a jeep at all. I'm so turned off. This is how to make someone feel disrespected. If you want to know what that feels like, walk in to Lawless Jeep dealership.

My experience with Lawless was phenomenal when dealing with Kyle. He listened and didn't try and push me into a car I didn't want. I ordered a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. I waited 2 months for my car to come in. When it did I walked in the dealership with financing already in place. Kyle wasn't there so I dealt with Noah. This is where things went down hill FAST. First, my husband and I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee on the floor that we knew we had to have. It was beautiful. My husband decided he was going to purchase that one and I would get the one I ordered. Noah came across as overly polite at first. He asked if they could try and beat the interest rate our bank gave us. Knowing we are well qualified buyers I was like you can try. He asked what interest rate our bank gave us and I told him that was irrelevant the only thing that mattered was what interest rate they could give me. He's like yeah yeah ok. So he comes back and says I'm sure your bank did better but if you finance through us you can take your car home today. (I didn't have a trade in so I didn't have a license plate for the new car) I said I waited 2 months obviously I'm a patient person and can wait another few days. So he's like you can refinance at your lower rate as soon as you drive off the lot. I said why would I refinance when I already have a loan with a lower interest rate than what you can give me? So he leaves to "talk to the manager" and comes back and says so USAA takes weeks to pay and we need to be paid within 4 days and then said 2 weeks. He couldn't keep his story straight. We were like it's 2022 USAA can overnight you a check. He leaves again and comes back and says look, we might need to part ways because you're not willing to finance in house and that my car would sell by the end of the week. I said well it won't be to me and walked away. Kyle contacts me within 30 minutes saying the manager felt like I thought they would benefit by financing me and that they wouldn't and that was the misunderstanding. I said I would hope you would benefit. If you got me a lower interest rate I would be benefiting so you should benefit as well. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. Kyle was an excellent communicator and apologized for what happened. If it wasn't for him humbling himself and taking responsibility two sales would not have happened that day. Kyle is the biggest asset Lawless has. He's young, but could teach everyone there some things. Lawless should hold onto him tight and give him a raise because he's seriously the best ever!

It's times like this when I wonder why zero stars is not an option. I would recommend going literally ANYWHERE else for a Jeep. I have been in multiple times because I leased through them & my oil changes are included. But I cannot wait to be done with this dealership. Any time I have inquired about a new car or trading in mine, I am met with the absolute worst attitude, treated like answering my questions is a total inconvenience (not sure how when their showroom is empty), and they're so condescending. How this place does any business is beyond me. They're the actual worst.

I bought my Chrysler Sebring from lawless in 2008. At the time I purchased the "100 max for life" service contract where I only pay $100 for pretty much anything that breaks outside of normal wear and tear. Until recently, it worked well. A year ago, I brought the car in because the AC unit was not working. It needed major work and they took care of it under the warranty. Come spring, the same problem appears. Lawless service tries to tell me the connections were loose causing the refrigerant to leak out. They tried to charge me almost $400 for the repair. After I pointed out that if the Connections were loose, then Sunriver didn't tighten them when they last worked on it. They grudgingly agreed to cover it under the warranty. Fast forward to new, 5 months later and the AC is again not working. I brought the car in on Thursday, Oct 6. On the way home they call me and say that they have a policy that is a car has over 150k miles then I have to sign a waiver that some parts may break because they are too old and I will have to pay for those out of pocket. Friday they can and say that they have isolated the problem as a leaky hose. They will call Chrysler to see if they will approve the warranty work. On Saturday, they can to tell me the with has been approved and the party is on order. It should be in overnight. They ask to keep the car over the weekend so they can get right to it on Monday. I give my consent. I call every day after that and am told that the part has not come in yet and they will call when it does. They never do. By Friday I decided that I was not going to go another weekend without my car after borrowing rides from friends all week. I call Friday afternoon and tell them I am on my way in to pick up the car and will make an appt to bring it back when they know they will work on it. That is when I was told the part came in on Thursday but they were backed up and couldn't work on it. Could there have been others who left their car for longer than 9 days? I doubt it. When discussing this with the service manager, the csr mentioned that the car fell through the cracks. How does it fall through the cracks when the owner calls EVERY SINGLE DAY for a status update? When I went to reschedule, the service manager said he could MAYBE squeeze it in the following Wednesday or Friday but was actually booking into November. So, my car was going to just sit there gathering dust for another week? Clearly, they don't know how to schedule cars for service, nor do they care about their customers. Even though I still have the service contract I don't think it's worth it to bring the car to lawless. This week probably be my last time there.
