Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Anytime I've gotten an auto policy through this agency it's been significantly higher than other competitors. Then when you get charged over $100 more unexpectedly, they wont give you the courtesy of giving you a heads up or explain why. Infact, they dont even bother to reach out to you period like other agencies do. I had to contact them several times and still dont have a clear answer. When I cancelled after the charge they say the other auto companies will "raise their rates" on me. That's ironic. I paid way less upfront for my new auto policy with a bigger name than the few hundred dollars that they require upfront. Not happy with my experience here and the customer service is lazy. My experience here was nothing but a hassle.
