I bought an Italian sub from here made fresh. A 12 inch sub for only 5.29. The woman made it just the way I said I liked it. I then went in an isle that was 12 items or less. It's a shame that an employee was in the same line with 20 items. I counted them.; she was spanish. Why would an employee, who already gets a discount, abuse their privilege and go in a line only for 12 items or less? It's a busy store, but don't shop on your break if you are in a hurry. I was at the store around 1pm.

Have had repetitive bad experiences with the grocery baggers throwing my groceries like they were gummie bears. Spoke to Mr Porter today after another bad incident. I spent 444.00 for groceries for my family and had the baggers who I couldn’t speak English throw food in the bag like they were metal toys. Totally unacceptable. Top it off she couldn’t understand me when I told her to stop. She should be reprimanded.

The older gentleman at the bakery the night of 4/1 was so nice and helpful. He gave us recommendations on some fresh bread that turned out to be amazing! The cannoli and eclair were a nice addition as well, we definitely should have listened and bought 2 smh

I was doing my grocery shopping today around 5 PM at Woburn store, Im going there almost for 15 years. On the front of the cashier are all time customer service workers helping cashiers when they needed, I went there and asked them for Gillette Max 3 blades pack, and I was treated from black female with short hair, and she told me they are not here, I told her I know they are here because I’m buying them for long time and you’re keeping them on lockers drawers and she’s starting to be so rude and told me is nothing I can do and turn her back on me, I was very disappointed from that woman shame on her, Is my first time happened in 15 yearsVERY RUDE PERSONSHAME ON HER

Whoever designed the parking lot and the building entrances should be fired. The entrance closest to the intersection creates so much traffic that it leaves cars stuck in the middle of the intersection. Also, the plaza gets so much customers that getting in and out of it is misery. I mostly blame Market Basket's structure for this. The inside is extremely cramped too. I don't get it. This MB is the most chaotic one I know.

NOT FRIENDLY TO HANDICAPPED CUSTOMERS. Food is good quality and prices are good but the stupid people at the front service desk insist on using the handicapped carts as personal storage for things that need to be restocked and they are too lazy to plug them in, so when a person uses one it runs out of battery too soon.

Unfriendly staff who don’t speak English, constantly in the way stocking and rearranging aisles, and they close at 8 on Sunday which is incredibly inconvenient for people who actually work. The store manager is rude and inconsiderate of every one. Shop anywhere else

Wonderful service from Eli, Debora and the team. Parking is tricky due to the mall location. Customer service desk is super nice and fast. The supervisor who excels in American sign language is always so pleasant and polite. Very nice salads and subs. Clean store. Great team.

I shopped here for the last 3 years and it is the worst food store in the area.the staff is just ignoring you when you wait at a counter and want to get something (sandwich counter is the worst), the baskets are in the middle of the store instead of being at the entrances. they block the isles with boxes or products that should be placed on the isle. and no help to get to your products.There are so many minuses and day by day instead of the managers do something about them they add more.I live close by and there is no other alternative so I have to get back here to buy food. It would be nice to see some improvement but I don't think so. At least the put the merchandise in bags, at some registers this doesn't happen.

Market Basket was ok. I’m from Florida and I’m used to Publix. Publix is a well stocked awesome supermarket so the bar is high for me.Market Basket is clean and the employees are friendly. They have a small selection of pet food. They didn’t carry my Blue Wilderness food but I didn’t expect every brand to be there.They showed chicken thighs on sale but when I asked the butcher for help finding them he wasn’t very helpful. He pointed to the area but didn’t walk over with me to show me where they were. The section he pointed to had the correct sign but was filled with a different product that wasn’t on sale. They didn’t have the chicken thighs. They should have taken the sign downOverall, it was an ok store but they need to improve the signage a little when they stock the area. Maybe add a few more dog food brands too. I had to order the dog food from Amazon which is why I went there.I’ll still go back and shop there. Their anisette cookies in the bakery are amazing. I highly recommend them.

This was around 10am. I shop for 3 clients every other week and never had a problem til today. I get to the register number 15. Ester was the cashier. I don't remember the bagger name. She got upset I didn't take things out of the bags. I didn't want to get things mixed up. So the cashier just man handles every item and basically throws them to the bagger. The bagger doesn't even look what to put in each bag. She then throws bags in the cart. I'm sorry but they were rude because they couldn't get things their way. I'm just doing my job.

The quality of the prepared food is highly variable although tends to be poor. I recently got a turkey wrap and a salad and was extremely disappointed to find that the turkey wrap was 90% lettuce and the salad was rotting with bacterial growth throughout. Extremely unappetizing. Unfortunately this happens to be a trend as I have gotten similarly poor quality items numerous times before. Even considering the low prices, this is not good value food.In addition the checkout process at this store is painfully inefficient. The fact that a major grocery store like this has no self check out options is baffling to me. I feel so bad for the employees forced to do such repetitive work that has been automated decades ago at this point.

Like many other brand grocery stores, some of the prices here were competitive, some were not. I stopped here to grab some BBQ staples and the prices were a bit higher than other places that I frequent. I am glad I checked the place out.Their produce department had some really good deals on some vegetables, but some other ones were very expensive.The staff here was very pleasant and very customer focused.

Felt compelled to leave a review after 6+ unfortunate years of working near this location. This is consistently the most inefficient operation I've come across at a grocery store. The congestion at the front main every day of the week is laughable (nice massive candy display in June). Checkout lines stretched deep into the aisles at 1 in the afternoon, 1 of 4 express lanes open during the time of day where people want to be in and out for something quick. Just unserious people managing and supervising this location.
