I first called MobilityWorks after I googled “adaptive driving” because my dad needed an adaptive driving solution and I didn’t know how to start. Someone from MobilityWorks called me back and kindly explained that the first step would be an adaptive driving assessment, lessons on hand controls with a driving school, an adaptive driving licensing test, and then they’d be glad to work with us on equipment installation. Even though I couldn’t purchase their services at the time, they took the time to explain how the adaptive driving process works and even offered me a few names I could look at for an assessment and potential driving school. I greatly appreciated the help, knowledge transfer, and their kindness!
Now, at the end of our journey, we have been pleased to work with them to install the equipment. They helped order and install in under a month and also proactively gave us information for rebates we didn’t realize we qualified for—savings us hundreds of dollars! They were excellent at communicating prices, installation timeline, and helping to arrange drop off and pick up. We appreciated working with Aaron and the entire team.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Andrew Solomon and the outstanding experience we had at Mobility Works working with him to find a van for my parents. Our journey has been a long one, filled with many challenges and lots of research, but from the moment we connected with Andrew, it was clear that we had not just a salesperson—but a caring thoughtful human genuinely invested in his clients’ happiness, comfort, and bringing east back into their lives.
Andrew’s expertise and knowledge of mobility vehicles is unmatched. He’s one of those people who won’t talk your ear off, yet so beautifully and un-assumedly answers questions – you can tell he knows his stuff. Working with a proud stubborn guy like my dad isn’t easy – but Andrew made it seem easy where others had failed. He took the time to listen carefully to our needs and concerns, offering thoughtful advice and never pushing us. In fact, my parents looked forward to every chat with him (even inviting him over for dinner because they loved him so much (he politely declined)). Despite the complexities of the decision, Andrew managed to make it fun and stress-free for my parents, helping them feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I also fail to mention that most of this coordination was happening while I (their daughter) was in California – and Andrew still made it all happen for us.
Over the course of our search, we interacted with a number of other dealerships and salespeople, but none of them even came close to the level of service and care that Andrew provided. His professionalism, combined with his warm, personable approach, made all the difference. He truly felt like a trusted family friend guiding us through the process.
Whoever is lucky enough to work with Andrew and MobilityWorks on their mobility journey has received the gift of ease in what could have been (and had been in the past) a somewhat painful and trying process. Andrew’s dedication and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless, even enjoyable one.
If you’re looking for someone who not only knows their stuff but also genuinely cares about making your experience seamless and positive, I highly recommend Andrew Solomon. I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help in making this experience a positive one for my parents. Thank you Andrew and MobilityWorks!

I want to thank Jason Howson at Mobility Works in Woburn for his five-star service on my wheelchair van. I purchased the van from them last fall and the staff at MW has shown nothing but kindness and dedication toward insuring that my van is safe and functional! God bless you all!!! Martha

We have been customers for many years. Most recently, Brett from the Woburn office has been outstanding in his customer relations, compassion for his client Joel and such a support to me Joel's wife. Every day is a struggle as caretaker for my husband and it goes without saying that his wheelchair is his lifeline. Brett has provided us in crisis with services and loaner chairs. Without that I am not sure what we would have done. To the management, Brett deserves thanks for his dedication to his job and to National Seating & Mobility. Thank you Brett.Doreen Colegrove

Very friendly helpful staff. Free Wi-fi, restrooms and coffee while you wait. Excellent service and inspection. They also have conversions and various equipment on site to view.

I've always had bad experiences with this location. From sales to service. New Hampshire location is more sales service friendly. It took me over 6 months to get in contact with someone to schedule a routine service in Woburn. I've had my van for almost 1 year next month. Why bother have an online appointment service request when clearly it states that it doesn't guarantee an appointment! The scheduler on the phone was rude and chuckled after asking me what I need for maintenance when I've already told her routine ramp service. No wonder people don't recommend this location and is unable to keep employees from staying at this location. Service all around is bad.

BUYER BEWARE - [ ] Purchased a used van from this company. After 13 months the transmission is no good. Mobility works refuses to help or even call me back. Go and check out all the complaints at the BBB. There are plenty of other companies out there. I would recommend NOT doing business with this company - [ ]

This could have been a difficult experience, but it wasn't. Thank you, Dave Qualey! Dave first met my 100% disabled veteran husband a few years ago at a disabilities convention. He kept Dave's card. As his Parkinson's progressed, he knew he would need a van and a wheelchair. We secured a grant from the VA -- with Dave's help, he really knows the process -- and he set us up with a terrific Dodge Caravan and various features. Dave was patient and respectful all the way through. He listened, and came up with solutions. My husband can be a bit stubborn, and Dave was just great with him. If you are a veteran, or a care giver of one, Dave is your guy. He knows the ropes. He gets it.

We rented a wheelchair van so we could take my Mom (she is 86) out and around a little this summer. The team at MobilityWorks could not have been more better. They delivered the van due to some tough circumstances in our family, the van was perfect (brand new & so luxurious), and returning it was super easy. Buying a van like this one is out of our budget, so we are SO grateful for the chance to rent them!

My husband spent 10,000.00 putting in a lift for back of truck, hand controls etc. They had the truck for 2 months. Even after having it that long...the workmanship was terrible. Wires everywhere(What a mess).Went to push back seat and it tore out the wires under seat. Thank god we where home . Imagine if he was out by himself when this happened. We where so disgusted with the inadequate response to our issues . The inability for the people who are working on the equipment to even grasp the plight of people dealing with disabilities. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP in Woburn , MA., I recommend the one in Londonderry NH. We have used them before with good results. I know this is far, but better than breaking down

I rented a van for the day for my father, who is in a wheelchair. It was such a relief not to worry about how to get him in and out of the car. The reservation process went smoothly. I will use their rentals again, as needed.
