I wanted to make a gift to my office to celebrate a year of working together. We expanded from 3 people to 15, and I decided to make gifts for everyone. I found a company that was able to put our logo on some merchandise, and I paid for the deal. I want to say that the quality of the print is really high, it does not rub off in the backpack, dishwasher or hand wash. I reached out to Nova Idea on a Sunday and they replied back to me first thing Monday morning. We needed some T-shirt's made up for our hockey team in less than a week and Eduardo took care of us right away. Eduardo made recommendations for the type of shirt for our project and how to lay out the graphics and text. I picked up the shirts a few days later and couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. The kids on the team loved the shirts as well. Will definitely work with Nova Idea in the future.

I first reached out to Nova Idea last summer. I wanted to get 20 t shirts made for a family reunion. I emailed John a rough sketch of a design and within a day he had a professional mock up ready for me to review. It was great and I ordered them. They were ready on time and were great. He pointed out one of the t shirts because he noticed after he had put the design on it that there was a small snag in it. I wouldn't have even noticed it if he hadn't pointed it out to me. He still had the machine ready in case I wanted him to re-do the shirt. I was fine with the shirt so I took the one that was ready. The shirts were a big hit at the party. I went back to John this past November when I wanted some pens made for my business. I showed him a pen that I had that I liked and my business card. He had the exact type of pen I wanted and told me he would be in touch with the design. Within a day I had a mock up in my email waiting for my approval. I made one minor change and placed the order. He told me they would be in within 2 weeks. Imagine my surprise when he contacted me the next week to say they were ready. Once again the product was great. I would definitely go back to Nova Idea.
