    Used their service twice.First time delivered on time. Second time the shipper did not include my apt number in the address. Called Optima at 7 am and received a call back quickly. Under 1 min got my problem solved and even asked how I would like the package to be delivered. Definitely not as terrible as other reviewers... read full comment

    Ordered a package from Zara , got notificationAnd no packageThe drivers deliver , take pics and then steal the packagesThis company is ran by some thieves that hire thieves .My package was dropped of at a totally different location and no where to be found …

    WOW just WOW!!! This is ridiculous. Second delivery from ZARA and nothing has arrived. Website states it's delivered! but nothing. This courier should be shut down! As stated by another user Shame on ZARA for keep working with this monstrosity of a Company!!!!
