Always happy with the staff and the Care given to our dog. We leave our dog, knowing that he is going to be taken care of. We highly recommend Petsmart at Woburn.

I brought my dog Henry today to be groomed, the groomer we had was excellent, and I warned her that he is loud and talks a lot and barks a lot because he gets over stimulated, being a rescue and abused previously from his first owner. When I went to pick up my dog, I went into the grooming area and another groomer named Annabel literally in front of me told him to shut up, be quiet!!! Now she did not know that he was my dog, but he is a dog in a room full of other dogs and people and is going to be loud like I said. Annabel should not be working with dogs or animals if this is how she reacts to animals. I already called Petsmart customer service to file a complaint, but want other customers to be ware of Annabel, I wouldn't let her touch or go near my dog. We just moved back to Mass from living in Chicago the last 5 years, had a wonderful groomer we used at Petsmart there and had high hopes for this store. But we won't be back because of what I heard and witnessed with my own ears and eyes. Do better, what a disgrace Annabel is to be a groomer. I spend almost $100 a month on grooming, and sad to know there are people working here like Annabel.

Great service and staff. The store was clean and my dog was happy staying overnight. They did a nail trim at the salon They did a great job.

PetSmart Doggie Day camp at Woburn has been a wonderful experience for me and my dog Dublin. The service and staff is outstanding. It is affordable, reliable, with a great staff that care about your pet. Wonderful staff, Christina, Brianna, Laura, Devin, Bobbi, and Jordan. You will not be disappointed with is service.

Do not use the pet hotel for your pet. They don't take care of pets properly. Just lock them in a cages until you come back.

For a couple of years I took my doggie to this place. There was a great woman who really took care of her so well and with care but lately the past couple of months they kept rescheduling my appointments, then once I even showed up to the store, which by the way took me 30 minutes drive, and only to tell me the person who was doing her bath was out and the last time I was there they called me to tell me they could not cut her hair because they notice she had "hot spots" around her vagina. By the way when I dropped her off she didn't have this. I now take her to a new groomers and it's not a big store groomers they're private and they told me that these pet smart groomers most likely caused her hot spots with the machine. I knew as a mama of my LOLA that they did this when I picked her up because she did not show up with the hot spots. I ended up having to take her to the vets which cost me about 200 dollars plus the 150 I paid them. I think is wrong of them to not take rensposibility. I already was upset because of their cancellations back and forth and now this hurting my dog. Not cool. Becareful
