Just signed up for my first storage unit with Tom and Dan! And I’ve got to say-what a wonderful and easy experience! Super friendly, very clear explaining things in response to my many questions! Would highly recommend anyone who needs a storage unit come to this location.

Tom is absolutely awesome. He was extremely patient on the phone gave me all the ins and outs and made me very comfortable as a first time user Public Storage I would definitely return and his customer service was orientation was second to none and great to work with.

We went in today and Thomas the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. As well as giving us a great deal on the storage unit we rented. He made everything go very smoothly for us. Thanks ?

Tom at Public Storage in Woburn has been exceptional. He is friendly, provides clear answers on phone or in person and keeps the place running like a well oiled machine. This is easy to access, clean, and easy to navigate. If you need a storage unit, Tom is the person to help you out!
