Felt in a tight situation having a major water leak and infant and wife at home. Wasn’t sure what to do or who to call. I was very fortunate to chance on RestorePro. They took care of everything. Unmatched communication, professionalism, and timely work. Brian, German. Erik, Nathan and the rest of the team took care of us. They also worked with my insurance adjuster to help make the claim process as seemless as possible. Restorepro was one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with.

Working with Nathan and Restore Pro was a great experience. They communicated well throughout the entire experience and were quick and efficient throughout. The work was high quality and they worked extra hard to do the work exactly how we wanted paying attention to every detail. If you want a restoration better then it was, work with RestorePro.

RestorePro was great from start to finish. The owner Brian came over right away to access our mitigation needs and started right away. It was great how the company offers not only mitigation from leaks and possible mold issues but they also handled all the repair work with the electrician, carpenter, plasterer, painter and clean up were all done on time and as quoted. Id like to mention Nathan the project manager was very helpful and all the staff were friendly and did great work. Id highly recommend them.

In Dec of 2023 we had a catastrophic flood that wiped out our basement, including mechanicals, just a week before Christmas. Cliff and the entire team at RestorePro worked tirelessly to get us back online as quickly as possible. They were so comforting and trustworthy throughout the experience. As harrowing as it all was, they were the silver lining - great service still exists!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the work done to remediate significant water damage from a broken pipe in our home. The RestorePro team was very professional, worked well with the insurance company and collaborated at all times with us. We turned to them to address a follow up problem, and they were very flexible, creative and efficient in fixing the problem.

Great place run by awesome people. Dealt with Brian the owner and he was awesome to do business with. Went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this business to anyone that has been through any type of damage. Mine was flood related and they were so fast and efficient.

One of the pipes in my basement clogged causing some sewerage overflow. They were out within an hour or so of my call. They were professional, efficient and did a great job.

I called restore cause I had water in my basement from Tuesday night storm and after having me wait for them ALL day they finally show up walks in the basement and decided to place a pump in my yard to try n pump out as much water as they can and say to us we will be back tomorrow, so tomorrow comes and they show up early in the morning and go to the basement and says we can’t work on your basement my boss BRIAN said it will be a waste of time cause water will continue to come into the basement at this point we are speechless cause they were at my house the night before n left my basement under water instead of telling us it’s too big of a job for them. So fair to say they left us hanging scrambling with what can we do who can we call and as everyone knows the longer the water sits in the basement the higher the risk for mold to start to grow SMH very disappointed DO BETTER!!!!

Restore Pro did a great job cleaning my cellar after a sewage spill. They came out quickly, charged reasonable prices, were professional and friendly. My cellar looks and smells great!

My basement oven caught fire in the middle of the night. I panicked \\u0026 used the fire extinguisher on it \\u0026 the police showed up \\u0026 emptied another fire extinguisher onto it. The thing I didn't know about was the chemical dust damage the fire extinguishers caused until it was over. The fire department told me I was going to need a professional company for the clean up. Back years ago I used restore pro to help me with some jobs to prevent flooding damage so my mind went instantly to them. I called, got the answering service \\u0026 Brian called me back in about 1 minute, if that. Said he would have a crew to my house 1st thing in the morning. The guys showed up bright \\u0026 early \\u0026 took 2 days \\u0026 got the basement unit to look like nothing even happened. Granted I chucked the oven out along with an air purifier but everything else was saved \\u0026 cleaned. Thank god for their service, they are the best.

You cannot buy better footwear anywhere else for the price . All the big contractors go there . I've been going there for 18 years and I won't go anywhere else for boots or foot wear. You can shop around . But they are the same prices anybody else has on sale

Restore Pro has been a blessing to us and we are extremely grateful for their services. After many health issues and the discovery of mold in our old home, we were forced to move. We then needed to do mold testing and remediation before moving in to our new home. After huge financial costs due to our previous issue, we were able to form a reasonable payment plan to pay down the cost. Lisa in the office was very kind and worked with us to make this happen. From the estimate to the work, Brian and his team were extremely informative, professional, and hard working. With our time constraints for moving, they fit us in within a few days and Brian even drove through a snow storm to get the process started. The effects of mold can be toxic and dangerous for our health and their services truly made such a difference for us. They made a stressful process a lot easier to deal with.
