I have been too many places to have my car cleaned to clean it myself, and this is by far the best one. Sometimes it’s very busy and then other times it’s pretty routine. I’ve noticed the same guys there for a long time which is a really great sign for me. I left there the other day, and I was so impressed with the diligence that they put into waxing and cleaning the interior. It’s worth noting that the manager has also been the same. He’s very calm and I find his demeanor very welcoming.
It’s not an easy business and I’m very impressed with the quality and the reliability of this particular store.

This used to be a great place for an express interior detailing and I usually go there once every month for each car. Today I had a very bad experience . Looks like the manager for the express detailing service has changed and there is a new guy now called Tony who used to be a junior employee there . First he tried to fleece me saying that even though I bought the highest priced $40 option it doesn't cover cleaning the hand rails and seats because it's leather seats . That's utter bullshit . I even gave him a $5 tip but he finished my car in a mere 5-6 minutes and I was so surprised , since usually they do several rounds of vacuuming and hand cloth cleaning and takes about a good 10-15 mins . I went and found the vacuum wasn't done properly and I told him that but he refused to budge and instead kept telling me that I should pay more and get a $200 detailing done if I need more cleaning .
This was absolutely a horrible experience I have had in my 3 years of being a regular customer there . I hope the management reads this and takes action qgainst that new manager . Otherwise he is going to run this to the ground very soon. I know for sure that I won't go back there

Fantastic car wash. Interior express detail is a phenomenal value and the crew here always does an amazing job. Al, the manager, is a gentleman and treats the customer right every time! I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

The website says they open at 7:30. I paid for a detailing and then was told that the detailing side of the business didn’t open until 8:00.

I had a great experience at ScrubaDub Car Wash in Woburn thanks to Luis Spada. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he really cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to deliver excellent service. My car came out spotless, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend this location, and especially working with Luis if you get the chance!

I loved the excellent service provided by Mr. Luis Espada. He was very committed to his work. He answered all my questions. He is very kind and respectful, and his advice was very thorough. It's a pleasure to go to the car wash and find complete and efficient service thanks to employees like him. I highly recommend him.
