Subject: Concern Regarding In-Store Experience on Sunday, August 10, Around 1 PM
I visited the Sephora inside Kohl's on Sunday afternoon, August 10, around 1 PM, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The associate who assisted me was unhelpful and did not seem knowledgeable about the products. I later learned she had worked at Kohl’s for many years but had only recently started with Sephora, which may explain the lack of familiarity with the products and services.
What concerned me most was that she used her fingers to apply makeup, which felt both unsanitary and unprofessional.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve staff training and reinforces proper hygiene practices in the store.

I usually find same products cheaper than regular Sephora here which is awesome!

Awesome experience shopping for my favorite items thanks to Jaqueline. She has outstanding product knowledge and suggests the right matches for the customer. My first time shopping here and looked forward to returning.

My friend and I came in last night close to closing and we are very indecisive. The worker, i believe her name is Sara, was very patient with us and helpful. She even went out of her way to make sure we were getting the discount for our insider app. I felt like a pain and she was so nice, I needed to leave her a good review!
