Store is nice but my biggest complain the self checkout kiosks. They are one of the worst I encountered and big reason I avoid stop and shop now.

Price is crazy. I guess thats the fee to have an empty store to walk through. Automatic cashier's etc aint it. Not sure how it stays in business, its always dead

I like the place, that's my number 1 choice for groceries, as it's close to my house. Choose fruits, vegetables, and berries very carefully, I had some bad experiences. I know the customer service works perfectly, but sometimes, I just don't have time for this.
