Went to this Target a week ago for a few simple items on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked and disappointed to see the condition of this store. Most shelves were only half stocked making the store look like it did in the pandemic when it was difficult to get enough inventory. Every aisle had multiple shopping carts that were filled with items to needed to be put back on the shelves, if you were in a wheelchair it would have been challenging to navigate all this. Overall it is not a well managed store and is not an enjoyable shopping experience. Just listened to the CEO Brian Cornell on Squawk box tell investors they pay competitive wages of $15-$24 hr depending on location. You need to look at Woburn and pay hire wages. It's clear to me 'your customer' that you are not paying your workers enough and they are finding employment elsewhere with higher paying wages. Your store is a mess and you can't keep up with the basics of keeping shelves stocked and aisles clear. Clean up your act.

the items are on the nicer side here in terms of targets. there was a long line for the single open register & for self checkout only had 1 single employee helping, the checkout seemed pretty understaffed. kept on the cleaner side.

This is the most hilariously chaotic Target I have ever been to. There are piles of merchandise just... everywhere. Boxes of stuff parked in the middle of aisles made it impossible to get around. Target is usually a relaxing experience, but this place is nuts. I have no idea what is going on here, but I will not be returning.

The women in the vest was looking over my shoulder the whole time I was ringing out and she made it very uncomfortable. I looked at her and she said I could only get 5 of card which I knew.

RACIST A** LOCATION, and I'm not sugar coating my statement because everyone in here clearly doesn't like BLACK PEOPLE. There aren't ANY BLACK WORKERS NOR MANAGERS, that should tell you a lot about a place. I do not recommend ANY OF MY BLACK QUEENS & QUEENS to give this store any of your hard earned money. I mean this with the BOTTOM of my heart. I'm praying for these folks in this target because they need it.

Not even sure where to start -- I've been coming to this store since before I can even remember, and not only have I always been able to find what I need -- but the service is always fast and helpful! Also, it's a convenient less-than-15 minute drive (by highway) from my house, which means my Target runs never take that long. Unless of course, I get distracted by all the stuff I wanna buy but don't actually need .

I went to this target last week. Their "security" a girl who had blonde hair in pigtails that looks like she hasn't showered in days who looked very unprofessional had the nerve to judge and follow me and my niece because we were colored. I went off on her and was sure to let her manger know. She pretended to do a safety walk while picking up nothing from the floor while gawking at us. Doing circles around us. When I called her out she was appalled trying to play off. Scrutinized while shopping...disgusting. One thing about me I will call out every Racist worker. How dare her. White people shopping around me did she look at them no she didn't. And I stopped in my tracks to watch her because I couldn't believe what was happening. I honestly think these people from this Woburn/Burlington area need a ethical training.

I had a wonderful experience with customer service a few weeks ago. I believe the young man's name was Riley. With much patience, calmness, validation and understanding, he transformed my situation into a happy customer leaving the store with a smile on her face. Remember that most people don't take the time to post reviews, but know you do make such a difference. Thank you again!

This target is underwhelming...so many empty aisles that it always looks like a post-apocalyptic store. I would say I had never been to a Target that had run out of more things, but all of the Targets in MA seem to be this way. It's better just to drive to NH.

I am always a fan of the store- So today my experience was far different. This store did not have a single hand sanitizer location, area with cleaning wipes, or any attempt at social distancing. I was at the courtesy booth and there were no hand sanitizer or wipes there. In addition, the self check out line had 30 people in it and everyone was standing next to one another. There were no roped off area is like in the supermarkets for distancing.I was uncomfortable continuing to shop once I made my pick up, due to the seemingly disregard for both sanitation and distancing.

Came into buy an IPhone advertised under their pre Black Friday sale...but they don't have their Apple sales rep here to access the inventory. What is the point of advertising a sale if the item is available but the store won't sell it to you.

They advertised that they had tombstone pepperoni pizza. Drove 8 miles one way only to find out it's the old bait and switch program. They only had their brand market basket. You should correct your fraudulent app that says you have tombstone pepperoni in stock, because you didnt.
