I went here today to open an account, the lady named Carla said I needed a letter from disability, she seemed annoyed when she was trying to help me, she seemed kind of snobby.

This is the closest bank to our business. Once a week I make the deposit for the office. Each time, I wait no less than 15 minutes. I am currently sitting and waiting. After 11 minutes and numerous employees staring at me, someone finally took the deposit. One teller is socializing with a patron and has been since I arrived. Even the patron was looking at me. This is ridiculous. I will drive to another location from now on. I am sure they’ll appreciate the business.

The entire team at TD Bank is outstanding!! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer centric!!Jose and Edward have always gone above and beyond to assist with my banking needs!!! The rest of the TD Bank Team are always helpful and great ambassadors of TD Bank as well!!!!

This is the worst bank ever. They froze my account after the check I deposited had cleared and then when I got exactly what they asked me to get they then said I needed more to unfreeze the account. If they want they can just hold your money and say the fraud team is the only team that can unfreeze it. Very unprofessional

Slow thoughtless staff. Good at sitting and saying come back later. I understand why another customer suddenly said he was closing all of his accounts.

The office person was not motivated in helping/serving customer, and was not acknowledgeable in the some banking issues, e.g., promotion program (with bonus) for customer to open checking and savings account. I'd rather go to another branch...

I’ve always had great experiences here. I went in yesterday for a card replacement. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I really liked the staff member that was working in the customer service seat area.Near where I live I’ve had multiple bad experiences at that Td branch, so to visit Woburn is a pleasant visit. The place near where I live are so negative and I can’t get a card replaced and that I need to call the service and need appointment just to walk into lobby. This is why I choose go to Woburn branch. Every visit always great!The line can get long at times, but they are well staffed if you visit frequently, they are very accommodating. Again the 5 stars come from always great experience from this Woburn branch.

My in-bank teller experience has always been positive. Sometimes there are longer lines because there is a rush of people but can expect that with any bank.My in-bank experience has been very positive as well, in particular Sherry couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me wire money as I did not know the intricacies to it.Good bank location.

Choosing not to participate in the SBA easy PPP forgiveness program is NOT 'Banking Human.' It's about as inhumane as you can be toward a busy small business to require all the hoops you are to request forgiveness. I will be closing our account.
