I was in a car accident in January and my car had to be towed from the scene. I was kinda anxious when Woburn Police called for a tow truck, but Frank came out and was so professional and kind. And the cop asked if I had a shop in mind to tow it to and he checked with Frank to make sure if he could tow it to my friends shop, Mikes Auto Body and Frank had no problem towing it 5 mins down the road. Frank was so kind and gave me the he business card and told me if I had any issues to call. I absolutely love small shops with towing!

Only used the TOWING part of the company NOT the auto body part so I cant say anything good or bad about that part of the company. What I can say is if you live in the WOBURN or break down in that area and need a tow call Tom's. The driver was kind and courteous we couldn't get our vehicle for a few days when we got it back it was all locked up in caged area NOT just sitting out in the open everything that was in the vehicle when it got towed was in the same spot when we got it. That right there is an A+. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TOMS AUTO BODY TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A TOW!!!

Picked me up 9/26/2018 during heavy rains got to me in under 10 mins kind and courteous driver. (Owner Tom). Got me quick and safe to destination. I’d call him again
