Watch out , make sure you take pictures of the tank fuel before returning because they lie saying the truck tank was empty. Never back again

Amilcar and crew did a great job working with me. Their service was friendly, flexible, informative, and clear. UHAUL was the best solution for me because of its great mix of services - moving and storage combined! Recommend to anyone looking for a medium to long-term storage solution!

This Uhaul provided maybe the best Uhaul experience I’ve ever had. For starters - immaculately clean. The staff - extremely nice and knowledgeable and patient. We had to go there twice over the course of two days to prep for our move from Boston - Chicago, once to pick up our truck and the other to hook up our auto transport. At first I was slightly annoyed we had to drive from the city to Woburn to get everything but as soon as we started working with Jacob, the drive was worth it. He was efficient, answered all of our questions regarding the truck rental, advised on several items and got us on the road quickly - a much better experience than any Uhaul we’ve had in the city. Upon returning on day 2 to get the auto transport, Amilcar, Jacob and Alex were once again super kind and efficient in getting our car safely attached to our 20ft truck, double checking all locations where the car needed to be secured and documenting everything. I have an immense amount of trust in everything they did, and am very thankful we had to go the Woburn Uhaul location for our move!!

It was a great experience in all aspects of the rental! The manager, Amilcar, was terrific in clearly explaining our options for a Spring Serve project we delivered to our fostering families and seniors in need of help and services at their homes. We were able to support 14 families and deliver the tools and supplies to these homes being served by 120 church family volunteer's from Grace Chapel, Wilmington! Thanks to every one from confirming, picking up and even needing to adjust our rental needs mid stream it was excellent and supported by a great staff that was there to assist and advise! Could not have asked or dreamt of a better experience and the results and love we were able to deliver to these dear families!!Thank you and God bless you Amilcar and your entire team! ❤✝☮?

I had a very good experience. Staff was very professional and performed installation of the hitch in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place for hitch installation.

Do not get the upods!!!! They said one pod covers a one bedroom apartment... idk if they were talking about a house for ants!!! But the storage pod that arrived at my house, was made from plywood with a tarp over it. And there is no way my couch and bed could have fit inside... false advertisement, they should not be telling anyone it covers a one bedroom apartment, even two of there units would not have fit a one bedroom apartment. The only thing i will say is that I requested i be refunded in full, and they agreed to that.

No comments to improve. Facility was very clean and well-maintained inside. Parking lot was easy to maneuver around and easily labeled to know where to pick up and drop off truck.
