I have been to several UPS stores from East Boston to Woburn and this one is the BEST! The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!

Never found a UPS store with such high ratings then I discovered why? I shipped a package to the UPS store for pickup on Friday but it got delayed and was rescheduled to Monday but I was flying out of town for a week and I had to have this package with me! I explained my scenario to Jason and he advised I email him a shipping label to redirect the package to me and then once the package arrived, he'd be on the lookout to send it out for me. Of course, the package gets delivered at 4:45 when Jason is alone and slammed. Yet, he still took the time to find my email to him, print out the shipping label and get it shipped before the 6 pm pickup. WOW! I work with many UPS and Fed Ex stores but never have had this service. This guy is the bomb and needs to be promoted!

Twice these guys came through in the clutch for different overnight packages! Very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful when you don't know how to navigate the UPS rules and regs. I will use them for other services as well (notary, shredding), knowing they are best-in-class (easy to find and park is a nice bonus)
