Awful service. The black guy who is always working there is miserable, unfriendly, and unwilling to help. I asked how much would it be to send out two packages and he was extremely condescending and gave me an answer like it was common knowledge, when there were no prices listed where I found the boxes. The others that work here aren't much better, but he's the worst.

The amount of one star reviews shows you how people feel.

If you want to be treated with basic respect, stay away from this USPS location. One of the employees (not the one with long hair, but the other guy) is consistently rude and unprofessional. He has refused to help me multiple times, even when I arrived before the store’s closing time. Most recently, I was next in line with just one item to drop off, and he said he “wouldn’t have enough time” to help me — even though I was already inside before closing. That makes absolutely no sense.
He also yelled at me in front of another customer, which was completely uncalled for and embarrassing. This isn’t the first time he’s behaved this way. If you’re looking for decent service, avoid this location. It’s honestly one of the worst USPS experiences I’ve had.

Man working the front desk at 2:08pm on 12/11/2024 was extremely rude and yelled at me for unnecessary, invalid reason while I was trying to ship a package. Didn’t even greet me- just screamed at me about a package not being up to his standards. USPS should train their employees to use respect and kindness when talking to guests.

Avoid at all costs. No automation. One person working. Will take 45 minutes to mail one package

Use me as another review to confirm that the guy working here is a caricature of a rude post office employee.

Extremely awful service here. Employees just yell at you and scream at you for trying to find answers.USPS couldn't deliver my mail because I was at work. They left a pink note to pick it up. The next day, went to Washington Street post office and everyone told me the package is in the Abbott St location. Even called USPS customer service and they VERIFIED that my package was here. So came here the next morning and a man who was working at the front started to scream and said that they don't hold packages and for me to get out and go to Washington St. I tried telling him that I did go to Washington St and even reached out to customer service and they told me to come to Abbott St. The employee started to say that I was a liar and that never happened and for me to go back to Washington St. When asking him he could look into the tracking, he refused to started to scream at me again. There was no accommodation and this is one of the worst places ever where everyone is just miserable and don't want to be here. Unless you truly have to, please don't come here. If there's even a little misunderstanding or gives them more work to do, they will scream at you and not help you. TRUST the reviews.

The mailboxes in here are very nice. The detail in the craftsmanship is something you do not see often. However this location is in great walking distance to the local business in the area. When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. It’s a very secure location.

Trust all the reviews here. The two regular employees here are very rude, especially the man. They gave you hard time when something is just slightly off, they yell at you when things don’t go exactly their way, they pretend not hearing your questions and they treat customers like we owe them money.I wish I don’t have to come here ever again, any other post office is better than this one.

Today, at 10 a.m. on June 16, I came to Woburn post office to handle the mail business. They were a man and a woman at work. At first, I said hello to them in a very soft voice, but they were very unfriendly to me because my English was not very good. They were very fierce and impatient to talk to me. This should not be the work style of the post office.

I dread having to go here, because the staff at the front are always condescending and unhelpful. This location should really invest in an intensive customer service training, or simply hire new employees for the front who care at least somewhat about how they treat customers. Given that the USPS is a public utility, it's embarrassing that this is the best we can do.
