Jardel was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I got a new iPhone. He was able to transfer my data and photos in a very short time. He answered my questions and said to contact him if I had any more questions.
I visited again today to get a new power cord and adapter. Can’t believe he remembered me!

The online support was not as friendly as the store representative Danny! He stayed late, professional, calm and got the job done. As we waited a long time for the support team, I found out he was from another store filing in. He is an asset at any store and in any Custer facing role. Thanks Danny

We had a great experience with Verizon yesterday. Anicia was very helpful with getting my husband and myself new phones. We are not great with technology and she walked us through everything. She was great!

They are so helpful even when you're not there to buy anything. My experience has been very different at other stores where buyers are the ones who get the attention.
