To be fair here, I rarely, if ever run into issues with the front end at this store. They seem generally competent. Your pharmacy, though? The number of times I've been left without a refill for over a week due to poor communication and/or giving incorrect information is just awful. Mistakes happen; but when it's the same problem repeatedly, that's a pattern. I can't help but wonder if you are even properly training them, as it's very much not just a one-person issue, it's staff-wide. I've now reached out to the corporate office 3 times in 2 years; always the same general problem, and it always just happens again. I simply cannot trust this pharmacy to do their jobs or communicate correctly and clearly upper management has no interest in addressing this.

I wish there were zero stars to give. The pharmacists are rude, aggressive, inconsiderate and provide very poor service. The lack of professional demeanor and courtesy is shocking, especially for people who are supposedly medical professionals - and I work in healthcare. DO NOT SHOP THERE. I also spoke with the store's operations manager and told her the same. There is no excuse for their disgraceful behavior. I will never set foot in that store again.

I stood for 5 mins in front of the consultation counter , no one greeted me , there were at least 5 people working behind the counter. They totally ignored me until I told them I was waiting to be served. Terrible store.

The service and management at this location of CVS is horrible. Today I walked in, simply to purchase a gift card. All the sudden, the store manager abruptly asks us if we need help and tells us its store policy that we cannot have bags in the store. He obviously had a hostile tone as well. It is extremely apparent there is bad management at this store which the store employees, organization, and confusion…. so that is where I don’t understand why this manager all the sudden wants to be hostile for no reason. I’ll respect your store policy once you can actually manage your own store. This CVS is a joke

Danielle Cardona is the best store manager! She works really hard to try make this the best cvs for all of the customers. The new beauty consultant Camryn was super kind and she suggested a bunch of new products I’ve never used before. Thank you to this cvs!

7 14 24. I just tried to shop here at 5:25am. I was grabbing some pepsid ac, and cough drops. A nice young man came over and opened the locked up product. I then went and grabbed some cough drops. Because the two men were stocking shelves, I decided to try self check out. Big failure. I cried out for help. The other young man came and I brought to the register. This is where I learned this place sucks. He asked what happened and said all I had to do is hit continued. Then he proceeded to ring my order in. Never asked for my cvs card or offered me to put my phone number. I inquired. He smiled and started to do something.
I told him to keep the fn stuff. I will never come here again. This isn't the first time. He didn't want to give me my discounts. I go and buy the stuff somewhere else. I won't get my 10 bucks off, my additional 8 bucks, and half price on the other item. But I wasn't going to get it with him either.
I now understand why folks are walking out without paying. Being arrested is easier then checking out.

The pharmacists are kind of impatient. The time to wait is getting longer and longer. They are short staffs most of the time. Please hire more people and don’t overwork the employees. Thank you.

This would have been a 5 star review if we had a different pharmacist. Her name is Caroline ( If we remember correctly ),she is short and thin, long black hair, with big glasses. First of all, we were told the wait time was 60 minutes, 60 minutes! And then she told us the medicine was out of stock and was very rude when we pointed out her attitude. She even kept rolling her eyes at us when we talked to her and her manager!

Nobody at the pharmacy knows how to do their jobs nor do they care about the people using their services. Not to mention the fact that my husband and I have asked them to remove his parents phone number from his account as he is THIRTY and they continue to call his mother's number instead of his own. For two years. This place sucks.

Extremely poor pharmacist. They are unable to do a simple transfer of a prescription after waiting for a whole day. My new pharmacy has left several voicemails and I have left several voicemails but they simply do not respond. And the store manager has refused to transfer the call to the pharmacist stating that’s the cvs policy. Glad that I am moving away from cvs and would never use one. Manager refused to lift a finger on this issue and asked to me complain about this to the corporate store office.
