Had a great experience getting my water pump replaced on my Audi A4. The shop sent me a detailed quote via text before starting any work, which made the whole process transparent and easy to follow. 3B auto is definitely the way to go. Vinh and his team takes great care of all their customers! You would be foolish to visit any other mechanic. I had an issue with my 2003 Chevy 1500 where it was totaled and the shop went above and beyond when accommodating me. I need a truck for work so the owner even let me borrow his truck while I was looking for a new one! I highly recommend 3B Auto for anyone looking for something simple like an oil change or even doing major engine repairs.
