I don’t know what the girl below is talking about at all!!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Adriana and 508 auto body. This past week was my 4th time bringing a vehicle to them. Adriana she fabulous with accommodating times to drop /pick up, coordinating a car rental (has it there waiting for you), and getting things done efficiently! As a night shift nurse and mom of a toddler I appreciate her making everything easy. The paint job and body work is always beautiful, and I have a difficult purple colored jeep. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any vehicle to them!

I went to this shop after looking at all the great reviews but was left feeling very disappointed with their customer service. I had an accident back in September of 2023, took my car close to the end of September to get it looked at and quoted. In early October, I had made arrangements with them for repairs to be done in mid December. The lack of communication here is absurd. They are never answering their phone or text messages. I had to physically show up to the shop twice only because I was unable to get ahold of anyone. Finally the week of my repairs come and I text Adrianna to let her know that I plan to drop off my car and she acts completely delusional as to who I am or what we had agreed upon. She made me feel so confused and gaslighted. I don't just forget conversations and appointments (especially not for a big repair like this). I explain to her our previous conversation and she denies it. She said they were doing me a favor in trying to fit me in the books and yet, I had made these arrangements months in advance. Also said that they counted it as a no show, even though there was no confirmation or follow-up communication and said they were "too booked". Absolute waste of my time. I'm actually glad it didn't work out and I ended up not taking it here because I was having doubts and feeling uncertain of the quality of their work due to their lack of professionalism. I wouldn't trust this place.

My 2015 ford Taurus was can opened on passenger side. Adrianna worked with insurance to get the car completely repaired and back on the road. A+++ rating from me!

There is a reason this business has 5 stars. I recommend going here to everyone. Adriana and Roy are beyond knowledgeable, excellent in communication, and provide amazing service. They immediately spotted some issues with work done at a prior auto body shop and repaired them to the point where I can confidently say that my 2016 Fusion has not looked this good since I saw it on the lot in 2015 and knew I had to have it then. Adriana and Roy dealt with the insurance company and Enterprise throughout the entire ordeal and made my life SO much easier as well. They even noticed and repaired my broken hood latch! I can’t say enough great things about 508 Auto Body. I’ve already told my mom about them if she ever needs work done and now I’m about to post their business on my social media. I will absolutely be a repeat customer if I need repairs again!Edit: I forgot to add that when I picked up my car they detailed the inside and outside. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

The best auto body around. A few people recommended 508 after my truck received considerate damage from a collision. Adriana and the team took care of the communication with insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. My vehicle was repaired sooner than they estimated and was cleaned and polished to like-brand new, including an interior detail. Very kind and considerate people, I would recommend 508 to everyone.Services: Body & Trim

The service and the work provided by Adrianna and Roy was terrific!!! They dealt with my insurance company to get the best appraisal rather than me haggling with insurance. They arranged the car rental for me, another headache avoided!! They kept me updated on every step of the process.The actual work they did on my Infiniti was perfect. They are top notch in their business of auto body repair and their customer service is the best!!!Services: Painting

I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I received from Adriana, the Owner of 508 Auto Body. I experienced my first car accident and it happened a week before Christmas. Adriana coached me through the entire process and helped arrange towing and navigating the insurance maze. When my car was declared totaled, she researched the value of my car and also informed me to check for recent repairs (i.e., 4 new tires, new brakes) that I could use to negotiate in the settlement with my insurance company. She was so patient, helpful and thorough! I highly recommend!!!

I can't say enough about Adriana, she was awesome. We are new to the area and had an incident with the car and didn't know where to turn. I called around to do my due diligence and Adriana was highly recommended by the local dealership, so not knowing anyone in the area we gave it a shot. So happy we did. She was there for us every second of the way. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a business but with a family member. Adriana went far and above what would normally be expected and I am very grateful for her assistance. From start to finish, the experience was great. They were polite, professional, and knew their business. Every conversation was pleasant. If Adriana says she’s going to do something (call, take care of something) she does it. No empty promises here. Need a rental, done. Dealing with Insurance, nope, they’ll do it. Any questions, answered.(even if it requires a callback)The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent. Five stars. I also got my vehicle back super clean inside and out. I am very picky about my vehicle and what I got back totally met my high standards. There is literally no part of the experience to be critical of. I even took the time to write this review.
