Your best bet is to pay using the self checkout or not even bother going there ...the people are rude and always have been ,half the time the pumps don't work either 🙄 it sucks because it's close to home ..I almost wish it would fail and come back with new owners

This store always refuses to take a card payment for the Worcester trash bags. Have tried twice to purchase the bags with card, first time they refused and then allowed it. Second time they would not sell them to me if I paid card. Plenty of other places in the city will sell them you you if you pay with a card.

Horrible visit. I tried two different credit cards at the pump. Neither worked. Went into the store to pay. Had to use the card twice because there was an issue with the card machine inside as well. The guy behind the counter couldn’t have cared less. Finally walk back out to the car and notice screws next to the pump on the ground. Someone is going to get a flat tire. I did move them though. To top it off the pump when it finally decides to work was dispensing the gas so slow. It took an extended amount of time to pump 50 bucks worth of gas. Avoid if possible.

Bought two sodas there. They were flat and disgusting with no expiration dates on them whatsoever. (Didn’t check them cause it’s common courtesy for the busy to be doing so and rotating them.)

As someone who has shopped here for years I’ve never had any issues until when they hired that younger girl who works there. She is incredibly rude, always on her phone talking to people when she rings customers out, has her earbuds in listening to music so when I tell her how much gas I need she can’t hear me, so I had to raise my voice and she got mad and became rude with me. Not to mention when there’s a whole line of customers wrapping around the store to check out she does nothing, AND SHE ALMOST NEVER GIVES ME MY CHANGE! My last straw is a combination of things. Two days ago I went and picked up some food/drinks before work and the rude young lady I was talking about COUGHED all over my stuff, EW! Then I didn’t notice that one of my Chobani Greek yogurt drinks was 3 months old and I drank the majority of it today before work and I just got sent home for being violently sick after drinking it. Until they get new employees and check on the dates of the items they are selling I’m never going back.

The woman who works here is not helpful. She’s on her phone running around the store ignoring customers doesn’t know what products she has in the store barely ringing me up not offering a receipt or even staying at the register to finish the transaction. Horrible experience.

I come here all the time, the folks here actually care especially the Caucasian lady with black hair who I met today (Sunday, Feb. 20). All around truly a good person. Felt like she was family and put a smile on my face after a lot of bs I've been through. Didn't get her name but she's good people. I really appreciate you guys here.

Well DAAAAM dude, if your THAT busy, how and why the HELL'A did you pick up your fone??
I'll never do business with this 7-11, it's up on Grafton St at Billings Sq!! FORGET HIM!!
