Just steer clear of ALL passport services. Go to official government website, figure out what you need and bring to U.S. Post Office ( appointment even better!) Trust me you’ll save at least $188.10….orrrrrr trust them. Triple aaa won’t even speak with me and gave up more in yearly membership than the amount they ‘got me for.’ RUN from their passport services. Buyer beware

I went today to do an rmv transaction. Two of the oldee womenr that work there made me feel like I wasn't wanted there. Worst feeling ever. There looked at me as if I didn't belong. They didn't help me and i went to the line 2x. Worst service I ever received. Sad if you ask me.

Went there for Mass RMV service to upgrade to RealID, simple and quick. Will be planning a trip through them.

I went to get my license renewed for the real ID. Had no issues whatsoever. With an appointment, the process just took 15 min and both people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Much better than the RMV if you can get services that are covered by AAA (which is most of them)

The nicest workers and very thorough with everything! I have gone here for almost every ID, ticket purchase and car registry services, and I always have the best experiences! Would highly recommend this place!

Lynn at AAA Worcester sent our tow truck driver to the wrong location after we specifically told her the address of the correct location and had her repeat it back to us. Had us and the tow truck driver wait over an hour at two different locations while another AAA member tried to remedy the mess.
Really unprofessional.
Total waste of time.
Will be canceling my membership.

Renewed my driver's license. Needed new photo and eye test. I filled out application online on RMV website then made appointment on AAA website. I came in a little early to check in. I was processed and out the door in about 10 minutes of my appointment time.

I had excellent service at my local AAA! Luke S. for the win! He seamlessly picked up where another out of state agent left off and helped me create the European trip of my dreams. Added in an affordable insurance package so I could travel knowing all the bases were covered. Booking tickets with Liz was great as well. Don’t overlook the AAA travel team! Awesome Service!

The nicest employees work there! I was able to get paperwork for my divorce notarized at the Worcester location, free of charge cause the ex had a membership!! The woman who assisted us was sweet and had a great sense of humor. I politely declined her offer to be added for free under the ex's account for AAA service until April of 2025 however.

Went in the get foreign currency, but they use Wells Fargo and their site was down. Not their fault, but frustrating.
