I was in this place for approximately a week and a half and I told you that I previously made an estimate with them and unfortunately they gave me a bad estimate regarding the measurements. 4 windows were perfect but 3 were very different from the measurements that I gave them. It is clear that I placed the order in another store closer to my work but they used the same estimate and I did not realize the error they made regarding my original measurements. But that was left behind. I returned to order one more window and the man who served me was very calm but I just made a comment about the past problem but apparently the manager was listening and got very upset, very disgusting, he said that I had to go to another store to make the order because they didn't have time at that time, the man who served me returned with regret. and he told me to give him the measurements and my information to send me the estimate. I'm still waiting for a response. Apparently they thought they would ask for yege, Bad expression from someone who apparently is a manager ?

Went in about a week ago to return left over material from a very big job. Front desk people were helpful and more than reasonable with us. I pull the truck around back to drop the material off. Middle aged white guy that hates his life starts huffing and puffing when I opened the back of the truck and he saw what i had to return (around 7 boxes of siding and 2 boxes of j channels/corner pieces). Starts giving me attitude and asking me questions “Why are you returning?” “Why dont you get someone better to do your calculations?” “I bet you lost money on this job.” Etc. I took and swallowed everything he said cause it wasnt worth fighting and bickering with a dude twice my age. Went back to the office for the receipt, the same guy shows up, he was walking to the room/office in the back im staring at him waiting for him to keep talking nonsense and he didnt even have the guts to look at me when he saw I wasnt alone.Would have been a 5 star review but oh well.
