AJ made the home-buying process smooth. He was a great negotiator and got the selling price reduced after the home inspection showed that there was an upgrade needed to the house. AJ always kept me informed.

Had a great experience working with AJ on the sale of our old house & purchase of our new one! AJ was always understanding, realistic and patient with us, which we appreciated during a tough market. He was very communicative & always positive about things. You could tell he was well respected by other realtors in the business, as they always had such great things to say about him. Once we were ready to accept an offer he made the process go seamlessly and then when we purchased, he had everything under control, we barely lifted a finger. We had the best experience working with AJ, selling our house as well as the purchase of our new house. AJ was completely on top of everything and a great communicator, we never felt like we had to wait for an answer. It’s clear he is passionate about his work and even more so his relationships with clients. Throughout the whole process we felt as though we were AJ’s only clients because of how attentive he was to us. We cannot recommend AJ enough and although we don’t plan on moving again, if for some reason we do, he’ll be our go to realtor!
