I wanna give these guys a huge shout! I was rear ended in a car accident on the highway, I was in total disbelief about my brand new car. Was quickly recommended to this crew. I was immediately welcomed like family and knew the job was going to be done right. I'm thankful for caring guys like this. They took my car immediately and began work with the insurance company making sure everything needed was good and work was 100% I didn't have to worry about communication either Luie was on top of everything. I felt safe knowing they did the job right and correctly. At the end of everything they detailed my vehicle and let me pick it up immediately. Highly recommend if your new to this game. Body shops can be tough but I was completely satisfied when I left this establishment. On top of making sure every part on my vehicle was OEM and correct. Thank you again to the whole entire crew.

My accident repair came out decent but it took alway too long and I had to bring it back twice because the work was not done correctly the first time. The repairs that were not done correctly the first time should have been caught way before the car was returned to me. Louie was awesome but I think I would go elsewhere next time. I never even got a receipt or any paper work with what parts were replaced. I felt super left out and in the dark with this experience. I gave 5 stars only because I don’t want their business hurt due to my review. Not super happy with this place but I have seen many satisfied customer reviews.

I used this business several times and each time they did a really good job on my car. I was very happy with the results and they worked with my insurance to get me a good price. They also went above and beyond and helped me arrange a rental and drove me to the rental place themselves.Also the owner Luis is very easy to contact and always returns calls promptly which I really appreciated.Definitely recommend using this place.

Just had my car fixed at All In Auto Body on Franklin Street in Worcester. Absolutely outstanding work. Workers are friendly and the car looks brand new. Did it in a timely fashion considering the pandemic and some parts were hard to get. Easy 5 stars!

If you are looking for a friendly, honest, and skilled mechanic, this place is for you. Luis didn't try to upsell me or overcharge and knew exactly what I was looking to get done. Other shops around the area were quoting me thousands of dollars and Luis gave me a straight forward, affordable price and got the work done in a very timely manner. Great communication as well. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an accident on tHe Mass Pike and had the car towed to Etre's because we have had previous wonderful experience with Etre's. This time was no different! Although it was an accident John, Steve, Amanda and all the other folks that work for John could not have been nicer and very helpful! I was pretty shaken but they assured me all would be fine and calmed me down and they were right. My car is better than it was before! They are great! Thank you Debbie Mangini

Happy I found All In Autobody in Worcester, MA to fix my car after a slight side-swipe. I needed scratches removed, buffing done and some touch up paint. All In Autobody was able to get me in on the same day I called and my car was ready by the afternoon! Incredible that they can do autobody in 1 day without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body in Worcester area.
