Went there for some oil changes and other services for our transportation vans. I was informed and given up to date info on everything. Also the service was quick and smooth. The owner is a great guy and wicked professional. I definitely recommend this place.

Drop these guys like third period french. Brought in my vehicle few weeks ago because it was jerky when braking (thinking rotors and brakes). They never get it on the lift to look at the grinding noise I mentioned coming from the middle/front. Give it back, bring back a few days later only to be told, oh yeah, my drive shaft was shot. Get a new one, then get told, oh yeah, my transfer case is going but it has another 6 months to a year left on it. Bring it to a different mechanic, who was glad I brought it in - I am told I may have damaged my transmission. Oh then icing on the cake - when doing my rotors They damaged my brake booster and said it was like that (fun fact, I had it replaced a year ago by my family mechanic whom we've been going to for over 30 years and was secured former engineer for Ford) and have never had an issue until after this place did my rotors. This place is a joke, and would avoid it like the plague. They just want you to keep coming back doing piecemeal hoping your stuff doesn't have a catastrophic failure. If I could give negative stars, I wouldn't, I would build a time machine, go back in time, and prevent this place from existing.
Addendum - you never once got it on the lift to look at the issue I had mentioned of the noise coming from the middle underneath me, you only mentioned that it sounds like the front left axle and you would only know once you got it on the lift to take a look at it (something I requested to begin with)– it was in fact not the axle at all, but rather the transfer case that caused all the downstream issues. This apathy does make sense, as asking around with whispers on the wind/word on the street is that you are looking to get out of the automotive business, and have been looking to sell for the past year. It also does not address the fact, that getting ahold of you is impossible – phone call nor text message you simply do not respond at all, be it diagnosis, work that needs to be done, or even if you ordered the parts for the work to be done – even after I messaged to cancel ordering the transfer case you have yet to respond at all, the only time is after I posted publicly addressing your subpar performance. Get it together.
Addendum 2: turns out it was neither the brake booster nor air in the lines. Despite changing out the rotors and brake pads in the rear, they left the old rusted out calipers on without touching them (one was fused, and the other almost fused, see attached picture). Avoid.

They always go above and beyond here! The mechanics also explain everything well and even sends videos and texts as they’re diagnosing the car so I understand. Will always try to recommend them!

Walked in and test drive a vehicle after seeing it on cargurus. Woman selling the car didn't really know what she was doing and sold me a car with multiple issues. Through an ongoing repair attempt, and suggesting what the issue is (mechanic by hobby), I was not heard and disregarded. Despite being able to lemon the car, I didn't. The most helpful response I got was "Do not make a big deal out of it", do not shop for a vehicle here. You will get taken advantage of.

I just had them check out some problems on my Passat and the entire interaction was great. The cost was a lot less than I thought it would be. I interacted with about 4 people and everyone was extremely nice. This is the place I go it my car isaues.

My Jeep Wrangler's speedometer was off because the previous owner had larger tires and didn't reset it, so I went down to Alpha Auto Center because I've read nothing but great things about their work. They went out right away and reset my speedometer for me. They were very kind and professional, and I will definitely return if I ever need any work done on my Jeep.

I’ve been using Alpha Auto for at least 15 years with great success. They are highly skilled and competent, having worked on my high tech BMW’s to my older trucks. Always reliable, very fair pricing and fast service. They even sell great used cars that are fully inspected thoroughly before sold. And! If ever something goes wrong with a repair, they stand behind their work and make things right. I do not recommend businesses often because I have high standards. I highly recommend Alpha Auto and have sent dozens of family/friends to them over the years.

I needed to buy a car, I gave the details of the type of car I would like to buy and they found the car I asked for, went above and beyond to help me, changed the car battery and made the necessary repairs to get me out of there with the car in excellent condition, I've had the car for months and I don't regret having bought it, the car with you is wonderful, thank you Dayane and Almir and also your team of employees, you are excellent professionals, thank you for treating us with such care.

We recently purchased a car from Alpha, and had an outstanding experience. Almir, the owner, was kind, professional, reliable, and extremely trustworthy. He and his wife provided excellent service for us, going way above and beyond what I would ever have expected from a car dealership. We moved from out of state and live some distance from Worcester, so our logistics were particularly complicated - and they were extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to dealing with all the questions and complications that came up during the purchase. The car we purchased was 10 years old but was in great shape and in excellent mechanical condition, with upgrades and new replacement parts installed by Al and his team.I highly recommend Alpha Auto Center and I would buy another car from them with no hesitations at all.
