I never write a review but this is the second time I have been here for lashes and m it’s not to my expectations considering the price. This is a classic full lash and it is so boneless and short. I have come home and use my cluster lashes. The price for this crap is crazy. The first time I had a volume lash for 180, I wanted a cut eye and i didn’t get that I complained but the guy said that’s a cateye. This time around I wanted to do classic just to see the difference and I was charged $150 for something that’s not even up to the worth. The lashes are boneless, very spacious and short. It looks just like my natural lashes. This so unacceptable and I’m so mad right now because I feel scammed.

Extremely happy with my experience at Alpha. I had a pedicure by a young woman named Dana so sweet so nice so relaxing. I was falling asleep in the chair. Definitely recommend will be going back as much as I can.

I had Donna she was gentle on my feet asked was everything good and did a great job on my legs messaged them nicely with the various lotions and did a great job with the hot stones. She even asked would I like the message chair turned on. One thing I liked she made me test the water to make sure it was not cold or to hot before she filled the tub. Very clean and professional place and nice people.

I highly recommend making an appointment at Alpha Nails for any of the services they offer. I have never had a bad experience here, and am always so happy when I leave. If you want nail art or designs please ask for Ivy!!! She exceeds my expectations every single time and I really cannot give her enough praise.

Specialities: I had a one hour Alpha pedicure with hot towels, parafin waxed feet, leg and foot massaging. It was heaven!

I came in with my family, we all came in as walk-ins but we were willing to wait. We all were rushed! Some of us had crooked nails and half of the nails were not even dry. We were all rushed, personally I got a full acrylic nail set and they were done in less than 30 minutes. Gel acrylic when done well should take longer. After noticing the bad job we decided to stop our services and we were still charged the full amount.We then went back inside to get a refund for jobs that were not done which included a pedicure and manicure and they said they wouldn't be able to give us the money back but instead they offered us to come back in to get them fixed. If things were done properly the first time there would be no need for fixing. Don't waste your money here if they're busy because they clearly don't care.
