Very disappointed in Alpha Graphics. I had aproximately 15 pages with photographs copied for a genealogy report I was doing. The first time I received them they were much too dark. The second time which was a remake they were the same as before. I paid well over $100. for the project and neither was acceptable. The reason I went to Alpha was because I had a previous project printed and it was fine. I will NOT use them again.

Hi, my name is Christopher (Bluebee). Man I’ll tell you best experience with Alphagraphics today 9/24/2020. It was the smoothest process ever. They kept me update though calls, text, even email. They show me what everything would look like and work with me. Once it was ready they contact me and gave me a time to come and get my car banner on. And man I tell you. It looks amazing

I recently approached Alphagraphics in Worcester about printing a book I had written, and from the introductory meeting to the final delivery, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Jim and Andy were efficient, professional, easy to work with, and extremely helpful. It was a very important piece of writing to me, and I appreciated their treating it with respect. I had the pleasure of working with Jim from Alpha Graphics. After placing an order for a banner for my daughters graduation 2020, I was informed that UPS lost the delivery and it would not arrive on time. I called Jim and he apologized for the inconvenience and then offered to remake the banner again free of charge, even though it was not their responsibility at this point. I can’t thank Jim and Alpha graphics team enough for their professionalism in this matter.

It was so simple and I had all the support I needed with questions I had, and I had quit a few! The people I spoke with were patient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend you to others looking for cards and/or other printing.
