I can't say enough good about my experience with Genti buying my new Volvo XC90. The last time I bought a car from a dealership was around 2005, and it ruined my impression of small dealers. Genti has completely turned that around.
His communication is excellent, which made it easy to get information about the car. Then, he was extremely accommodating when I wanted to test drive and bring the vehicle to my personal mechanic for an inspection. He's super friendly and made it effortless for me at every step of the process, often going out of his own way for my convenience.
It's impossible for me to say enough good about Mr. Andoni, please trust him as I have an don't hesitate to buy from him-- he's honest, kind, and values customers.

For those of you looking to buy a car in Worcester, check this place out. Spectacular service, and they offer great, fair deals. Me and my mother went here to look at a car. They had it fresh and clean and had us in the drivers seat right away to test it out. The staff are very kind, sociable and honest as well. My mother had to back out of the sale due to a change of direction in what she was looking for (and because she's very indecisive), and they were incredibly understanding of the situation.

Excellent Service Andoni took care of everything! He helped with insurance paper work for my Wife took care of minor issues with the car.Next day battery wouldn't hold a charge. I replaced it because of the distance for me to get back to him. I told him I'm willing to split the cost he paid it in full. Andoni 💯 Blessing! I was shopping for a decent replacement SUV for the Winter and noticed the great selection Andoni Auto Sales had. Found what I wanted. Andy and Olsi did everything to make sure the car was right and I was happy. It's not often you find an Auto Dealer as caring and honest as Andoni's. Took my highlander to get a few things fixed, the price was great and exactly what they quoted. He called me to let me know before charging me, they were very kind, professional, and all around friendly. Ten out of ten would recommend. This will be my permanent mechanic, they deserve the business, are honest and up front.

Was looking desperate for a good mechanic in my area since my mechanic and two other ones he referred me to couldn’t figure out what was going on with my Mercedes.After doing some homework and reading the reviews I decided to bring it to Andoni. Which I need to say that was great communicating with him. He was very polite and kind. After I left the car there for few days he than called me saying that the car was fixed. I was just amazed and can’t thank them enough for everything they did. Definitely worth every single dollar that I paid them. Would never bring my car to a dealer as long as this guys will keep working with this much dignity and care. Would recommend to everyone that want to fix their car the right way and not get scammed by some unethical mechanics that are out there.Also while I was there I was checking out some of the cars they had for sale. Which were very good deals in pretty good conditions. Would definitely come here first before going anywhere else when buying my next car!Keep up the great work??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
