By far one of the best Anytime Fitnesses in the area. While it seems small given its location, I have never had an issue waiting for equipment. The equipment variety is phenomenal and rivals many boutique powerlifting/bodybuilding gyms. There are plenty of squat racks and plates. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The only flaw I find is that there are limited treadmills when it’s busy and not all of the treadmills have functioning incline.
There is a suggestion box and the owner Gary is great and handles problems as soon as they are brought up.

I work with the Buffalo Bison, loved using this gym on the road. Awesome set up with very high quality equipment. Workers and members were very welcoming as well. Will go back.

I enjoyed my experience at this gym. Everything is well organized and clean, Gary was a super cool guy and easy to work with on getting me in as a walk in even on a holiday. Gym has everything you need to get a great workout!

Not going back after being yelled at by a customer to re-rack my weights, I wasn’t even done working out, and he yelled at me in front of others. I was so caught off guard. He stopped me mid work out to yell and tell me to re-rack my weights. I obviously did not use my government name. And being yelled at at an establishment to “protect business cleanliness” is not admirable.

I recently had to bid farewell to Anytime Fitness in Worcester due to a military relocation (PCS) to Ohio, and I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience at this gym.From the moment I stepped into Anytime Fitness Worcester, I was greeted with a warm and supportive environment that made every workout session something to look forward to. The quality of the facilities is top-notch, perfectly maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comprehensive fitness regimen. It's rare to find a gym where the equipment is always in prime condition, and the cleanliness standards are so rigorously upheld.What truly sets this gym apart, however, is the incredible staff. Their friendly, encouraging, and professional demeanor contributed immensely to my fitness journey. They were always available to offer advice, help perfect my technique, and provide that much-needed motivation. The sense of community they foster is palpable and it’s something that I will sorely miss.The progress I made during my time at Anytime Fitness Worcester is a testament to the high standards they uphold. I achieved significant gains and improvements in my overall fitness, for which I am deeply grateful.As I settle into my new life in Ohio, I find myself missing the unique atmosphere of Anytime Fitness Worcester. It's more than just a gym; it's a community that uplifts and inspires. To anyone in the Worcester area looking for a place to start or continue their fitness journey, I cannot recommend Anytime Fitness Worcester enough.To the entire team: thank you for everything. I recently signed up for this gym, and while I’m excited to become a member, my initial experience with the young woman who assisted me was quite disappointing. She appeared to have a serious and reserved demeanor, not saying much and giving off a negative vibe. Additionally, her choice of attire, an unassured shirt, gave the impression of arrogance.On a positive note, the gym itself is well-maintained and impressively organized. The cleanliness and orderliness of the facility are commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members. Despite the less-than-ideal customer service experience, I’m still excited to be a part of this gym and look forward to exploring its offerings.I hope the staff can improve their approach to customer service and create a more positive and friendly environment for all members. With a little more attention to interpersonal interactions, this gym has the potential to become an even more enjoyable place for fitness enthusiasts like myself.u
