horrible service! I wanted to solve the one-line problem! and the local employee said I could only get it over the phone, so I went to another ATT store and another one would work, solving my problem in 2 minutes! If you want to open a store, have qualified employees to work! So don't waste your time shopping at this store!

Went to this AT&T store for help porting my Verizon number to an AT&T prepaid line. The guidance in the packaging for the prepaid SIM clearly indicates to activate the line and then call 611 to port, but I was not successful. I was greeted nicely at the store and when I explained my situation I was told my only recourse was to call customer service to recoup the $40 monthly plan I had just paid for and to start the process all over again (this time porting first). I asked if I could call customer service with them. For some reason my account was set to Spanish (which I can speak a bit of, but not well) I asked if there is any way to call a line and get English - the staff just stared at me and continued to fiddle on their devices offering no help. After 10 minutes on hold (in Spanish) I left the store - the staff clearly weren't interested in helping. I went to the location on Grove street and they were much more helpful and got me sorted.

The manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend anyone to go to this location.

Called with a quick question. Phone was answered, I was asked if I could be put on hold. I said yes. 20 minutes later still nobody picked up. Called back somebody answered. I asked if they could do phone repairs, Guy answered no we don’t in-store and then hung up. Don’t know if the guy hated his job or what but really rude.

I am switching to T mobile after my experience with ATT. My phone that I ordered to have traded in for my current phone was stolen once delivered. I spoke with customer service on the phone multiple times and was told to go to the store to get the trade in taken care of because they could not do it. I came to this location and was told to call customer service after customer service told me to come to the store. Worst customer service I have experienced.

My sister and I both had very informative experience with Jordon getting a new phone, learning all the pros and cons of our phones. Jordan showed his knowledge and professional experience with giving us the understanding of updated AT&T programs and ways we can save money with getting more out of our plan with AT&T. We will both make our customer experience with our AT&T phones and service questions and feel comfortable understanding with Jordon. Other people that were very kind in our customer experience at Park Ave would be Simon and Alphe.
