Visited this store on November 11 due to a broken phone I have insurance on. First instinct was an upgrade to get my daughter a phone in the moment. Instead of suggesting putting in a claim like an honest person would, Mr. Jairo V. began an upgrade. Here’s where it goes left, without a word, let alone authorization, Mr. Jairo V. proceeds to make changes to my account. Whole time I’m thinking he’s doing a standard upgrade because as a consumer, how would we know otherwise, right? While he’s working on the upgrade, I get a text on my phone about a “next up plan” added to the account. I ask him about this message & he says “oh that’s standard bc we are an authorized dealer”. When I pushback saying I don’t want it, not did I authorize this change, he proceeds to say again “it’s automatic bc we are an authorized dealer” then asks for me phone to cancel. He can’t! Tells me I’d now need to wait 14 days to cancel. Now I’m upset. He apparently finishes with the phone & doesn’t say anything until I ask about it. The whole time he’s bopping his head in agreement over a broadcasted inappropriate divorce court episode about cheating, s*x, babies, std’s etc. Once I ask, he says “oh yes, you’re all set”, proceeds to hand us the phone with a bag & no receipt. It wasn’t until THIS time, he offers/suggests the phone claim route. Even going so far as telling us they’ll likely upgrade the phone at no charge bc of the version. I have to ask for a receipt. In my mind, the added next plan is the only issue. Get home, call At&t to try & rectify this “next plan” look at the receipt & to my surprise, this man done changed my whole account! Added & deleted numerous things that had I not noticed, would have cost me almost $100 more a month!!! The At&t rep was astonished. She filed a complaint because as she said: if he did it to us & I caught it as I called about the ONE issue I was made aware of in the moment, imagine who else he’s done it to or will do it to? STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE! To confirm, that next up plan is an OPTION, not standard or as he said bc they are an authorized store, automatic. He clicked it on his own accord with his own agenda!

My cousin and I go to open new line . Dont have any customer in the store but he said we need to wait 15 minutes for open line service . we wait 45 minutes and dont have any service . Really bad service and never come back again . Never use at&t again .

I went in there for help with my account and the guy noticed I was overpaying because of new deals I could get. I was very happy. Dude was very knowledgeable.

Terrible place to get a phone. Thought I was being helped but in the end, found out the sales rep Matthew was more of a swindler than a car sales man. Stuck me with an extra line. Lied and said it was a temporary number and would go away. Got my bill and it was $373. Swindled and acted like he was helping all for a lil commission. Trash sales rep

Would give zero stars if possible. Although the employees were nice, they added several optional charges to my account during an upgrade to a newer phone without consulting me resulting in my bill doubling in price.

I am a first net customer and have been for a few years. I went into the store to get a new phone and I was told I could get a free Apple Watch for resigning up. I asked multiple times if this was actually free. He said yes absolutely. I kept asking if I had to pay for anything. He said no everything is free. As I checked my bill to see why it was so high I was getting charged for the Apple Watch. When I called customer service they said I was paying for the Apple Watch service I told them I was not informed about this. When I spoke to the loyalty department and I said I was lied too about the Apple Watch and the service the teller told me people do that to get commission and he has received multiple calls about this same thing. He told me if I wanted to cancel i would have to pay the $300 that I owe for the Apple Watch service to cancel it. I thought I was getting a free Apple Watch and I wouldn’t have agreed to it if I had to pay for it. So the worker at the store lied to me and didn’t tell me about this and it is well known. I am currently trying to get my money back even though they said they cannot because it’s in a contract. So when they say something it’s free it’s 100% percent not and there not going to tell you that.
