Fantastic experience working with Henry at this location. I came in to get a new phone number, and left with a new phone as well ! He gave me $1,000 off the new iPhone 15 Pro with the trade in of my old phone. Through the process Henry was knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. He made sure I was acknowledged as soon as I came into the store, and kept me updated on the wait times. Thank you !

I’m just glad I came to this store . 1 day before I went to the store at 453 park ave and I had the worst costumers service experience of my life . A bunch of thieves and ghetto educated personnel that’s what they were. I was ready to drop AT T But decided to visit this store today hoping I will find a human being to talk and figure out my problems. And I did . There was Derek . The guy is literally the best employee I have ever seen not only at AT T but anywhere out there. Not only he fixed the problems I had in 10 minutes ( the same problems someone else was telling me that are not possible to get solved ) Yes Derek always with a kind smile helped me out in 10 minutes and made me so satisfied that I bought almost 2.000$ of products. He was working alone today and the shop pretty crowded. It didn’t bother him at all he was always smiling and every customer got the best possible of the service. Fast smart polite that’s what we ask from AT T stores and Derek had it all. Thank you for your services Derek I am sure our society whould be so much more developed and pleasant if every stuff member had half of your willing to do their job . Well done

Excellent service by Henry. All the employees here are helpful and friendly. This is my second time having a good experience at this specific store. I will be back the next time I need a phone.

AT&T is the only carrier with coverage at my new property in Vermont so I am strong-armed into getting service from them. Short Story: I visited the store 3 times and called them once. I still don't have a plan and I'm still forced to go with AT&T. Long Story: On my first visit, I dealt with Verizon to get my account number and some code to switch carriers. But AT&T rejected my old phone. I left and got another phone. On my second visit, our previous transaction wasn't cancelled and he couldn't start a new one so he had to call Customer Service. Oops! They don't open for another 30 minutes at 11am. I leave. I return a half hour later for my third visit. He calls customer service. Oops! They are down for service maintenance. Come back in an hour. He recommends waiting two and returning. I LIVE A HALF HOUR AWAY! I can't drive all over Massachusetts for a stupid cell phone transfer that won't happen. I smarten up and call ahead before my fourth visit, two hours later, and I ask if the transaction has been cancelled. Oops! He hasn't called them yet. He puts me on hold. I hang up. I'm still forced to go with AT&T. Every time I go to a cell phone store I leave feeling used and dirty. *sigh*

The facility was clean have a young man that helped me was diligent and honest, unlike the AT&T corporate store on Park Ave in Worcester. The only issue with this store is that it is not a corporate store. Therefore, they had limited tasks they were able to achieve for me.

It was very aggravating that they1 - had very little stock, and absolutely nothing under $500 when we only wanted a basic phone2 - they refused to sell us a phone outright. We had to finance it. That's ridiculous. If I want to pay today then let me pay today.3. Activation fee. I'm not even sure if that is legal. There is no activation, none. I buy the phone and put my old Sim card in it. But still you charged $30 for an imaginary service that you never provided.Everything about this sucked. It was sleazy and difficult for no reason at all.The sales person was cool and did his best, but the company rules and procedures are the worst.
