Austin from Lincoln street Worcester, MA was amazing! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and is great with customer service! When I arrived we were greeted immediately and with a smile! I went to the store upset at how high my bills were and planned on paying of my phone and finding a different phone service. Because of him he helped me reduce my bills and I got a new phone! Highly recommend this store!

Austin B was awesome! Very knowledgeable. He helped us upgrade 2 phones and even took the time to apply the screen protectors and put on the case. Highly recommended! We will definitely continue to use this location in the future!

Came in about an hour to closing but Austin was amazing. Sent me right out the door with a brand new phone, helped me set it up and everything, including the protector and case! They were amazing!

Fantastic performance and professionalism. The other managers in charge did not fix any of my errors instead decided to add unauthorized items to my bill. I was over charged on my bills monthly and did not receive any refund. I came in today and find that the lady working named Jesire was able to fix everything. Not only fixed but done in a timely fashion I only spend 30 minutes here and it took the other guys 3-4months to “fix” my plan they messed up more each time. If you go here ask for her she will help and does her job RIGHT!!

Do you r self favor and go to a different location. This store only there to make commission and not to help you with anything else involve any issues with AT&T. The manager that claims he is a manager was very rude and will definitely make AT&T losses customers. Drive an extra 5 min and Take your businesse to another location.

I bought my phone from them, worst experience at that. Then i trade in my phone with them, because i dont trust shipping. And just wanted to let everyone know you CANNOT trust the store either. They never sent in my trade in and now its just “nowhere”. I asked for paper work they said the printer was down…

The hours online for this location are listed as 10am-8 pm. Upon arrival there is a paper note on the door that says, "open at 11am". This is after I went to the Grove St. location that lists it's hours online as open at 10am. I waited several minutes and left as there was noone there. Seems a little ridiculous in the first place to not open until 10 am and then not even be there on time.

Went to the store and it was closed. I was there at 1 and came back at 3 to see if they were simply on break and it was still closed. Store supposedly open from 10-7????

My wife needed a replacement phone due to her phone being lost yesterday.
She tried to explain to the salesman but the person was rude and dismissive to her. It seemed like she was bothering him. I was listening on her speakerphone (other phone) and heard the entire conversation.
I'll never go to AT&T on Lincoln st again
