I cannot recommend Audette’s enough. My car looks fantastic. They made the process so simple by taking care of everything from calling insurance to getting the rental from Enterprise. Lu Ann and Norman are wonderful people. I hope I don’t get into another accident, but if I need body work again, this is where I’ll be going for sure.

From every phone call to getting an estimate it was a very peaceful and pleasant experience. I found Normand to be a very honest and patient man. He went above and beyond my expectations. He put a brand new OEM bumper on that looked like it came straight out of the factory... it was to perfection. I would definitely recommend him, he does quality work. Brought my car here after an unfortunate hit and run. They worked directly with my insurance and made the process extremely easy! My car looks fantastic and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice surprise, would 100% recommend!

I can see why Audettes has received so many great reviews! I was involved in an accident not too long ago and when I tell you.. they go above and beyond!! They’re truly amazing! Also huge shoutout to Luann, she is so kind; She was super helpful with the car rental I was having trouble with. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything was all sorted out before drop off. I can’t express how happy I am to have found them!! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could! I got into a collision on vacation, they were able get me in the same day and even help coordinate the rental car pickup. The repairs were perfect and the customer service was amazing!

Norman and his team have always done a great job when I have needed them. They get my rental coordinated, everything with my insurance company and never any issues. Not sure what else you can ask for. Great body work and you never know they touched a thing.
