From every phone call to getting an estimate it was a very peaceful and pleasant experience. I found Normand to be a very honest and patient man. He went above and beyond my expectations. Brought my car here after an unfortunate hit and run. They worked directly with my insurance and made the process extremely easy! My car looks fantastic and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice surprise, would 100% recommend!

I can see why Audettes has received so many great reviews! I was involved in an accident not too long ago and when I tell you.. they go above and beyond!! They’re truly amazing! Also huge shoutout to Luann, she is so kind; She was super helpful with the car rental I was having trouble with. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything was all sorted out before drop off. I can’t express how happy I am to have found them!! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could! I got into a collision on vacation, they were able get me in the same day and even help coordinate the rental car pickup. The repairs were perfect and the customer service was amazing!

Norman and his team have always done a great job when I have needed them. They get my rental coordinated, everything with my insurance company and never any issues. Not sure what else you can ask for. Great body work and you never know they touched a thing.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years. They always do a great job and at a fair price. Everyone there is so friendly and talk to you like you're old friends. We are moving out of state at the end of this month and I'm bummed out that I'm going to have to find a new place if our cars need some body work. It was nice having a go-to place that I felt comfortable at, trusted and knew they would do the job right.

Recently had a rear bumper replaced, first class. Very easy to work with, done on time when they said it would be. Can't ask for more!Edit 07/2022..I've taken my vehicle here multiple times now and another of my vehicles also and these guys do a great job. Zero complaints.
