Horrible service. Brought in a battery to charge, made to wait an hour only to find out they had forgotten to put it to charge. Generally unwelcoming staff.
There's better auto repair shops further down Park Ave, do not go to this one.

The Autozone on Grafton Street was extremely helpful. My battery died in my vehicle and was still under warranty. I had purchased at the Park Ave store. I went there to have it switched out and was told by the first person that they wouldn’t do that because it was too cold. It was over 35 degrees that day so yes it was cold but my battery was also under warranty from them. The next person there said he would do it but they didn’t have any replacement batteries for me in stock and the store on Grafton Street did. I drove to Grafton Street and the employee helped me without any problems at all. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got the part number and called the Park Ave store to see if they had any in stock because I felt like they were lying to me. Turns out they had 7 in stock but just didn’t want to change my battery. Great experience on Grafton Street. Terrible on Park Ave

Went to get my battery charged which is a free service that they provide and the store manager has let me put my own battery on the charger as I'm a former employee and never had a problem till today I was dropping off 1 to charge and picking up my other one that I dropped off this morning and the female manager proceeded to yell at me in front of my children and other customers if she had a problem she could have pulled me to the side and said you can't do that but no accuse me of taking stuff so I emptied my pockets on the counter to prove that I did not then I called the district manager to make a complaint he proceeded to accuse me of stealing and swept it under the rug because I'm a former employee and for the district manager to also tell me to take my business to advance Auto parts I find that unprofessional

Is bad how customer service is not for everyone, I call auto zone park Ave, first het.the phone hang to times without even say hello and at the 3 time he sayHELLOOOO!! ANGRY.. why if you work with customer leave your bad.mood behind the line and when you get to the.front smile and help.. customers can be awful but that's why we.work on this.to change ppls mood and help

Helen went out of her way to help my Father and I today. Had an issue with my alternator and went to do a bench test before ordering the part. Planned to order the part after my alternator failed the test. Wanted to order online through my account to receive the promotion going on. The part was going to be available for pickup tomorrow but Helen applied the discount and provided us with the part today so we could work on the vehicle! Two thumbs up, thank you for your help:) I always get the best service at the Park Ave Autozone! The associates are wonderful and always exceed my expectations!!
