I went online to inquire about a part it said it was at this store. I called and was received by the most disrespected customer service. I tried to ask my questions he just said we don't have at the store. I am a person with a disability HOH/deaf and this was a horrible feeling about getting a part for my car. I have no choice but to take it to the dealership and pay more. Workers need customer service training especially if you going to pick up the phone.

I stopped by auto zone on Lincoln Street in worc earlier today and I was very lucky to have had Warren to help me with headlight light bulb , He went out of his way to find my bulb and explained to me what I needed . He also placed in inside the head light for me .....I'm clueless and he was very grateful to have the help . Good caring people is what the world needs more of ....I'm very happy I stopped in . ANTHONY!!! That was the first thing I heard when I enter the store… and he came down very quick with a smile like READY TO HELP!!! And that is what happened! Ready to help that after 5min he came to rescue me with my windshield wipers! Quick and smooth! Thank you so much!

Have been shopping at auto zone for over 25 year's and wether you buy your parts online or at the store you can't go wrong. Anthony, the manager at Lincoln St in Worcester Massachusetts, ( formally in Shrewsbury ) is great and will bend over backwards to help and see that you are satisfied in every way possible.

i didnt know how to change my headlights, and greg and anthony were absolutely wonderful in installing the bulbs i had bought a day or two prior. they weren't even the ones who rung me up, but they came straight out to help no questions asked, wouldnt even let me tip. thank you so much, and merry Christmas!
