Stellar customer service, top notch! My truck looks AMAZING! After being rear-ended on the highway, I called Baker Automotive in Worcester. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. It seems my truck also had some serious inspection too, as he laid out the list of what he “checked” for me as well. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! Right down to the air freshener hanging on the rearview. Over 30 years in business! I will refer everyone I know that is in need of a shop where the customer is valued to Baker.

These guys are the best! I had an insurance claim on my car and they helped me the whole way through, dealt with my insurance company for me I never had to make one phone call. They were great with my car and the quality my car came back ... it looked brand new. They make sure you are set and they work with you. It may take a little while but atleast you don't have to worry about anything when you get your car back the problem will be 100%fix. They really treat you like family. I had gotten into an accident and I brought it to them to repair and they gave it back looking brand new!! They even fixed something for me that wasn’t part of the accident free of charge and I can’t even express how grateful I am for that!! I definitely would go back and highly recommend going there to others. Chad and Danielle are so sweet I can’t thank them enough!!
