Honestly I would avoid staying here at all costs. My fiancé and I were driving across the country and needed to stop for the night. This was the only place that had a room available for the night so we stopped in. We got a room with a king bed and immediately went to bed from pure exhaustion. When I woke up and went to shower I had noticed these weird stains on the shower curtain that looked like bed bug stains and I thought to myself “there’s no way, right?” I go to my partner and tell him what I had found and we checked the bed. Didn’t find much of anything at least to our naked eye until I checked along the wall of the room. Bed bug casings right up against the wall. We had to get out of there as soon as possible. Later on that morning I smiled in the car mirror AND THERE WAS A BED BUG CASING IN MY TEETH. I am absolutely disgusted. We told the lady at the desk about it as we were checking out and she asked us to send our photos to them to be reviewed. We were told we would’ve heard back from them but instead were ignored. They have dodged every single call from us since our first call. We got our room refunded I guess but I’m at the point where with the way this is being handled a call to Massachusetts’s Public Safety Dept. will be made.

The BEST hotel in Worcester.
Rooms: The rooms are very clean,spacious and the service 5 stars. Anything you need you can get help any time of the day or night.The staff there it’s not only professional and helpful but most important kind and respectful!
The manager Saleh El Sayed who I met personally is very dedicated,loves his job, responsible,kind to everyone and respectful!
Safety: It’s very safe. Located in a non residential area. Very quiet and peaceful. Yet near to main roots if you want to go to Boston.
Rooms are double secured from inside. Reception service 24 hours.
Walkability: You can walk to Quinsigamond Lake or just walk on the bridge and enjoy the view. It’s located near the biggest hospital Umass Memorial if you are a student or you are there for a meeting or a researcher you can walk,no need for a car.
Food and drinks: The food is very delicious and you can choose from so many varieties. Breakfast amazing,all kinds of coffees,tea and croissants,bagels everything fresh and perfectly served. Lunch and dinner smth you will never forget and you want to go there to eat over and over. It’s located in a beautiful peaceful hill near lake Quinsigamond. The view is breathtaking.

Great hotel around Worcester. Service and the front agents were friendly, room was top notch roomy and very comfortable. Impressive. Highly recommend.

The rooms are painfully small for the price. The staff are okay. The best thing about this hotel is it's in walking distance to the main Umass Hospital Campus.Rooms: The rooms are too small for the price. The honor basket in the rooms which contain snacks and drinks are always missing something when i check in, that they always try to charge me for.The honor baskets are a great idea, but restock them properly before renting the room!Safety: They use a contracted security patrol service. I have seen, any issues with guests are handled well and quite diplomatically, avoiding calling the police when possible.Walkability: It is directly across the street from the main Umass University Campus, aka Main Umass Hospital and trauma center.Food & drinks: The food is overhyped. The fried calamari is often overcooked, though, one time (out of 3) it was perfect. And the sauce drizzle was amazing.

The room is very nice and clean. The location is convenient to restaurants (American, Italian and Asian food) and plazas. The UMASS medical school is right besides the hotel. However, there is no hot water or coffee provided unless you ask the onsite restaurant for it.

During my stay of Thanksgiving week the hotel restaurant and bar, Sonoma, was severely understaffed and staff were noticeably under a lot of stress.The rooms are overpriced, although clean. I was charged an anonymous fee for a purchase at the gift shop that I never made, and was told it would not be removed from my bill. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had a misunderstanding with our room. We booked a fireplace suite, but they downgraded us without TELLING US first. This is not acceptable! Especially because we booked months in advance.After we got into the wrong room, I called downstairs to ask why, but the gentleman at the front desk had no clue why we were placed in the wrong room. He then said he'll give us a credit for $50 each day for the mishap. At checkout, we were told it really wasn't money back as credit. Rather, a breakfast voucher. The lady during checkout argued with my sister in front of her manager.I guess she didn't want her manager to know she gave us the wrong information the day before. She got loud for no reason when my sister referred her to our previous conversation.All I'm gonna say is that it's really unprofessional to argue with a paying customer for mistakes the hotel made. It's just not customer service.In spite of all this mishap, the hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming.Their grounds are beautiful for pictures and videos.Rooms: Pretty cozy.Food & drinks: The food took forever to come out. It's too long to wait for breakfast.Waitress was very nice and friendly.The food was really good and well seasoned.
