While pharmacies associated with grocery store chains have been around for awhile, I only recently started using them because the prices of specific pharmaceuticals are much less than at drug store chains like Walgreens or CVS (even with insurance). The Big Y pharmacy in their Worcester store is relatively small, but the service is excellent and people working there are pleasant. I also happened to save a lot of money on my Rx. Good to have the Big Y app loaded.

My go to pharmacy, not open 24 hrs but open 6 days a week. Monday to Friday 9:00 - 8:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 2:00

Best pharmacy in Worcester. I get amazing customer service. They are so friendly, helpful and fast. It's like a family pharmacy hidden in the Big Y.

You recently UGH-graded your app. I hate it! Having to log in to view a supermarket flyer is beyond ridiculous! It was perfect the way it was. There were nice clear large pictures of each item on sale. If you had a card or a coupon you clicked another button. Tapping the item put it in your list. Now I have to enlarge every page individually to see the sale items,it's ? awful. Now because I cannot make my list ahead of time, I have not been spending as much time there, except when I have a prescription pickup. Too bad. It's less than a mile from me. Now I am picking up items at stores that cost less to begin with without jumping through hoops to get the deal. At Shaws, all I do is give my phone number at the register to get all the sale prices. It doesn't get easier than that. Shame on you big y for fixing something that wasn't broken.
