Big Y World Class Market is a trusted local supermarket and destination for all grocery needs in Worcester. It is very well located with good parking. The store is very clean with impeccable cleanliness. The selection of food products is very good, carrying many favorite brands, and the products are always fresh. There is a commitment to providing fresh and local products. The attention and customer service are first class, with staff always ready to help. It offers competitive prices, regular discounts, and specials to help save money, along with the myBigY Rewards program. Some customers find it can be pricey, but overall it is considered a good store that makes shopping convenient and enjoyable.
They had more vegan options than I thought they would, and several that I hadn't seen elsewhere. We recently moved to the area so despite it being more expensive than Market Basket, this will be our new regular grocery store. (The nearby Price Chopper may do in a pinch, but just isnt as nice inside.)

The last time I want the other prices weren't as high. So I was very selective in what I bought otherwise overall it is a good store, but as I said it's been awhile since I've been there
