I have been a customer for a little less than a year, but have been extremely happy with both the services provided (ceramic, and tint) as well as the customer service. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, professional, and able to answer any questions I have. An unqualified recommendation to use Brightshine without hesitation.

I was referred to Brightshine Auto Spa from a friend who had his truck and SUV done, and I can see why. From my first interaction with Mitchell, to meeting the owner Matthew, and getting my Ram 3500 ceramic coated, the experience was professional, yet friendly. Their pricing is competitive, but I would be willing to pay more for their customer service and job performance. I highly recommend them.

Brightshine Auto Spa in Worcester is my go to for auto detailing and PPF/ceramics needs. Matt and team have been great to deal with, very knowledgeable, not pushy and customer service is top notch. If you need detailing/ppf/ceramic in central mass this is where you need to go!!!

I am usually Quilty of not taking the time to write a review, but in this instance I just had to. I recently took my 2013 cadillac cts with 89K miles on it to matt at brightshine, to find out what could be done to revive the finish on my car. Matt listened to my concerns, looked the car over with me, and he discussed the different options open to me, and what he could do! I went with the level 3 exterior package less the ceramic coating. when the car was finished it looked absolutely fabulous! Jerry the tech. that worked on my car did a fantastic job. I have dealt with many car detailers over the years and never have I been as happy with the way my cars came out as I was with this car and bright shine auto spa. I would highly recommend matt. and brightshine to anyone who wants top quality workmanship.

Just picked up my RAV4 from there ceramic coating installation. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My RAV is a 2022 so not the newest and they treated it like it was a 2024 Audi. Highly recommend this place!
