I am profoundly disappointed with the sharp decline in Chase Bank's service quality, which has significantly tarnished my banking experience. I once regarded Chase as a reliable institution, but recent interactions have proven otherwise. For instance, I made a deposit intended for a Certificate of Deposit, only to discover three weeks later that the funds were erroneously placed in my checking account. This oversight caused considerable inconvenience and raised concerns about the bank's attention to detail. When I attempted to resolve this by scheduling an appointment at the Worcester branch, I contacted the representative whose business card I had received. However, a different individual answered, and my appointment was mistakenly set for the Ashland location, revealing a clear lapse in communication.
My attempts to rectify this were met with further frustration. Calling the main number listed for the Worcester branch yielded no response, with an automated message directing me to schedule online. To my dismay, the website was malfunctioning, rendering online scheduling impossible. I then reached out to a private banker whose card I had. During our conversation, I felt belittled, as she spoke to me in a condescending tone. When I requested step-by-step guidance to navigate the online scheduling process, we uncovered that the system displayed an incorrect location. This ordeal was unnecessarily protracted and exasperating. When I tried to offer constructive feedback, noting that it took a week and several hours to arrange a simple appointment, the banker abruptly ended the call. Such unprofessional conduct was deeply discouraging and showed a lack of accountability.
Additionally, my experience with Chase's credit card processing services mirrors this pattern of inefficiency. When I call for support, the processor is consistently blamed, yet no meaningful solutions are provided. The background noise of staff talking and laughing during these calls further underscores an unprofessional environment. If I managed my business with such disregard for reliability and professionalism, it would not survive. I strongly urge Chase Bank to address these systemic operational and customer service failures to rebuild trust with their clients.

I just left this bank, trying to cash a check that was given to me for some consulting work from a large nationwide company. I was informed by the teller that they could not cash my check since I’m not a customer and their limit is $2500 for non-customers. I just so happened to call the customer service number and was told that there is no direct limit and that it is the discretionary decision of the branch. For the teller to tell me there is a limit. She did not even know the limit. She had to go consult with a coworker so for me, it feels as though she didn’t want to cash my check not because of the amount but because I’m Black with the cap on my head!

It's good because the first time I came to Chase, I met a consultant named Meju, she took good care of me, answered all questions and was dedicated, everything made me feel extremely comfortable, the bank was clean and formal, you should register as a member at this place because it is very good for travel

I stopped by this location to inquire about opening an account and was immediately greeted upon entry and introduced to someone who can help.
I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel C. at this location, who I would highly recommend. They took the time to answer some questions I had about checking and savings accounts and they were very knowledgeable about all the details and were able to give me clear answers to my questions. Although I was not ready to open a new credit card, I had some questions about the process and Gabriel was also knowledgeable on credit card options.
The bank is spacious and clean, but the location off of Gold Star Blvd can be tough to get to, especially at peak traffic times. There is a large parking lot and I have never had trouble finding parking at any time. There is an ATM in the entrance breezeway.

At 9:30 on a Thursday, how do you not have a manager or banker on site?
I do not care if the manager is on vacation. This is scheduling.

Talked to a customer representative on the phone about my mortgage payment made every 2 weeks. This means 2 months of the year that there is an extra payment made. I asked if that payment was made to principal or if included interest, escrow etc.... The representative literally talked in circles for a few minutes, then says "your total payment due monthly is X so X divided by 2 is what?" Why are you asking me to do a math equation on the phone? Ridiculous, I don't need a math lesson, I need you to answer my question.... Then the rep proceeds to talk over me as I try to ask for clarification... At which point I am very irritated and interupt to say, "I am asking you a very simple question, does my 3rd payment go to interest, escrow etc... or is it 100% to principal?" Finally I get the answer, it would go to interest, escrow etc... Which obviously makes no sense for me and only benefits the bank. That said, what a terrible customer service. Consistently talked over me the entire call and was giving poor information that was not relevant to my question. I'm only with them because my mortgage was sold to them by UWM. Doesn't make a difference to me who services my loan. But, seriously improve your customer service - I'm not calling for a math quiz, just answer the question.

I’ve been banking with chase for years through multiple states and I have to say this bank has the worst employees ever. They are the most unhelpful people ever, I had to make 3 trips to the bank to get a transfer done because they didn’t give me all the information that was needed. Each time I went back they told me I needed something different.

I have been a client for JP Morgan Chase for many years. I started out as a regular account and then had a private clients account for $4000-$800,000. Most of the time the service was extremely good however at the end, I realize that my stock market account which had approximately $400,000 in stock in it I . was not receiving the voting shares from JP Morgan Chase. I filed a security and exchange commission complaint against J.P. Morgan Chase their services is now unreliable and I believe they are employees are involved in fraud .

Today I stopped in to get some quarters, and I was met at the door by jay, who greeted me and welcomed me to the bank, helped me right over to an open teller who assisted me right away. The process could not have been easier. The teller (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was very professional and helped me very well.

Best experience at a bank in recent memory. Made an appointment, arrived about 10 minutes early and was immediately seen by Molly. She was so helpful with answering questions about a new business checking account I recently opened & even offered some guidance. Everyone working there was in a good mood & they even had people to greet you! This branch rocks.
