James is extremely helpful and makes the place a lot safer. My daughter will only come in if he is working

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I’ve had with Pamel and Chop Chop. Even though I’m not sure which location she works from, Pamel has consistently recognized my GrubHub orders during those late-night hours, and I’m so grateful to her and the Chop Chop team for being there for me through some rough nights.
Visiting the store in person (thanks to a friend, since I can’t drive right now and also have poor spatial mapping) and meeting the people who’ve supported me during those long hours was truly a pleasure. Pamel welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine endearment that it’s a memory I’ll cherish. Our brief interaction has had such a positive, lasting impact, and I’ll always want to support and empower her however I can. Pamel is truly a marvel, and I hope she and her loved ones are blessed abundantly. I’m sure she makes many people proud, and I count myself lucky to have experienced her kindness.
Chop Chop itself has an amazing selection, from baby cocoa butter oil by Johnson & Johnson to all the snacks, energy drinks, and toiletries you might need for a late-night pick-me-up. There are even fun little trinkets by the cashier that are worth picking up for a memory of this Worcester gem. And with their fantastic late-night hours, they really are there when you need them most. Just remember to appreciate their kindness, as they truly go above and beyond.

I always go to this store to buy gasoline, lottery tickets, and other things. There is a girl who works here who speaks Spanish, but she is always kind of annoyed when you ask her something and that is not an attitude that is very common for a person who works in Customer Service. Today I went to buy gasoline and lottery tickets and there was a ticket that was missing a number and she threw it at me 😌 on the counter. We can't treat everyone the same. Owner, be careful, businesses are made by customers, even if you have thousands, you have to value them.

The store was good.I have to say the Dunkin side was bad.I went over to order a drink and a sandwich. We had a long drive back down by Norwich CT.There was a guy ahead of me that only wanted a cup of water. With at least 4 people working everyone walking right by us paying no mind.I gave 5 stars for the store Dunkin i cant give any.Maybe 3 for cleanliness and for trying to keep things stocked.I am a chef in family style restaurants and that is poor service ignoring customers.

Being from Texas I don't understand bathrooms being closed until 8am. Other than that it was a cute little store. I just don't spend money at convenience stores I can not pee at when travelling.

This place has only been open for two months and apparently their bathroom is out of order. After fueling $200 worth of diesel I go in and ask to use the bathroom The Cashier sticks a note on the door and says it’s out of order. Needless to say I won’t be fueling my truck here anymore. Not to mention Earlier that day the bathrooms were working just fine.
